My wife and I met Shannon late 2016 and was teh beginning of a four year process which led to the purchase of our new home in Fairhope. Shannon was always a "will do" realtor in every regard. Our indecision on moving might have led other realtors to give up on us but Shannon continued to send listings and answer our ongoing questions. She showed us property many times and often on a last minute notice. Always a smile and always willing to show more. When we found the "house of our dreams" in the Woodlands she directed us through the entire process and continued to provide support for all those unknowns i.e. insurance, moving help, inspections, utilities etc. Shannon is a great realtor, a great resource and has become a great friend. Shannon made the impossible happen in an extremely hot market; she helped us purchase a home in downtown Fairhope, contingent upon the sale of our existing home! We searched for our dream home, with a very narrow budget, for six months and she made the multiple sales happen with incredible finesse.
