ERC called me every morning at 9am for weeks. When I finally called them back to make payment arrangements, he insisted on taking it out of my bank account automatically. I explained that I would rather mail a check. (I don't trust collection companies because of all the bad reviews I've read). He STILL insisted that I pay automatically through the bank. This was going nowhere, around and around. He sounded desperate. I finally hung up the phone. This company is creepy.
