I just called them a few minutes ago to figure out options to pay my debt. The representative s name was Reign and she was very unprofessional. I understand that she is trying to settle a debt but she basically berated me over the phone. I told her that I did not have the funds today to pay the full settlement amount but I did ask did she have direct contact information so I can call and speak with her so she can received credit for the closure of the debt. She was speaking very fast and aggressively. I could hardly get any words out. At the point, I was over it and I hung up on her. I will call back to speak to a different agent but Reign definitely needs some coaching or needs to work in a different industry.
