Nice hospital, nice staff but I worked there so I know everything about it

Very bad services! Everything is fine till they see that you are not from Holland and you don't speak nederlands! Waiting for one pill for pain more than one hour all the nurses say to me let me ask my colleague if you are able to take...disgusting services for such a big and nice hospital...

It's a hospital. Staying there is never good.
But it does lend itself for good city shot

Ik wil ook graag mijn ervaring delen over dit ziekenhuis. Ik ben nu regelmatig hier over de vloer geweest. Wat mij enorm opvalt is dat iedereen erg behulpzaam, geduldig, begripvol en vriendelijk is. Ook alles loopt op rolletjes. Er zijn ook veel aanspreekpunten, erg fijn. Dit ziekenhuis is hierdoor laag drempelig en voelt als een warm bad.

Medically, we have nothing to complain, but administratively... oh boy. They are very, very, very incompetent and unprofessional.
Our first child was delivered in the hospital, and we had great attention, to which we were careful enough to ask all the time the prices of everything. After the birth, which was through cesareum, they offered us a couple of nights in the hospital, we asked for the price and they told us that it was included in the overall bill that the insurance would pay. Then we proceed to stay in the hospital until the mother felt capable to walk and move again. Three months later we receive a bill of almost 3,000 Euros to the wrong address. So, now after almost a year, the hospital contact us about the pending bill (which by the way, the billed person was our just born daughter - which kind of people bill a just born baby and not the parents is beyond me). Now we have to sort out through the insurance company, which is not anymore our current insurance company, so now we have to pay an unexpected extra bill of the eigen risico. This treatment and level of incompetence is not acceptable for a "world-class" hospital. Apparently, one cannot trust anything they say in the hospital, because a unexpected new bill will show up on your door, even when they told us the everything was already paid by the insurance. This hospital is a disgrace.

Professional, clean and efficient environment with people that truly care about giving you the best possible help. Always all steps and possible outcomes clearly explained with well a noted reference to another party if necessary. This is what modern healthcare should look like.

Years ago, made a blunder with an operation and did not want to admit it. After a second opinion at another hospital, the blunder came forward. And now today after 6 weeks waiting for a survey called with the announcement that the appointment of tomorrow can not go because of a defect of the equipment. And then they put you back in line and you can only go in 6 weeks. What a typhoid hospital. 1 star is still too much.

Mijn moeder heeft heel wat keertjes in het ziekenhuis gelegen. Voor longen ontstekingen en laatste van een gebroken heup. De verzorging is goed zusters en artsen nemen de tijd om naar mijn moeder en mezelf te luisteren bij vragen en eventueel problemen.

Jammer genoeg zijn de door alle bezuinigingen soms handen te kort aan het bed. Maar iedereen doet zijn beter om goed voor mijn moeder te zorgen.

Academisch ziekenhuis, en dat merk je ook diepgravende diagnose die door anderen ook op juistheid wordt beoordeeld.
Goede verpleging maar ook hier zie je de worsteling met beschikbaar personeel.
Over de spoedeisende hulp kan ik niets verkeerds zeggen duidelijke status informatie met update.
Voor zo'n drukke plek goed geregeld.

Made a phone call try to make an appointment. We are not professionals, so of course we cannot know all departments and correct phone numbers. Just try to ask some information to know if we have called the correct department. However, the lady who answered the phone is so impatient and have a terrible attitude. Fine, forget it, we will figure it out by ourselves.

Erasmus mc is een zeer goed ziekenhuis
Mijn vrouw heeft in 2009 een verkeersongeval gehad en daarbij zeer ernstig hersenletsel opgelopen, fietser vs auto. Ernstige en in het begin levensbedreigende frontale hersenschade. Prognoses in het begin zeer matig! Door zeer kundig en adequaat handelen van de neurochirurg en alle andere behandelaren heeft zij het gered! De juiste beslissing nemen op dat zo cruciale moment , daar zijn ze zeer goed in in het Erasmus MC.
Naast Neurochirurgie hebben wij ook ervaring bij vele andere afdelingen, ook daar zeer tevreden!
Ik lees in reactie,s veel over de parkeerkosten.
Ben het eens dat het niet goedkoop is, maar we moeten bedenken dat bij een laag tarief of zelfs gratis er veel wild parkeerders komen die niet in het ziekenhuis hoeven te zijn maar de parkeerkosten van de stad zo omzijlen.

A good hospital, my husband is a patient here and everything is taken out of the closet to make it better. One thing I find blood annoying is that piano in the hall where everyone is pinging on. I am sitting downstairs waiting for my husband to finish the treatment and then the thunder starts, then I flee to my car and then just sit there. Furthermore, a top hospital

Have saved my life with complicated and urgent surgery. Afterwards good help in IC and department. All very professional. Aftercare also great. Hats off

Large, massively modern hospital. The costs for parking are very high and you often have to drive a few laps before you have a space. The facilities in the hospital are excellent.

Ended up here sick after a vacation, got me back on track within a few days. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, from doctors to nurses. Everything clean and tidy, and great single rooms.

Bad hospital they barely have disabled parking spaces in front of the door!

I was admitted to this hospital on October 7, 2017.
Transferred to another hospital 2.5 weeks later.
Cardiology saved my life.
I don't know any names but the surgeons did a perfect job.
Thanks for everything. After 3 years it is still getting better every day.

The hospital itself and the doctors are great and help you well. Only the "hospitmc" is not so guest free and certainly does not want to show the way in the large building. They are ugly to you if you do something wrong in their eyes .... no no suces those people. Or hire dear people!

From 9.30 to 14.10 hours trying to reach the right department by telephone. Have it given up now ... get a message about malfunctioning, get repeatedly connected to wrong departments, get different numbers passed that are not correct and finally someone who interrupts me and does not listen at all. as far as I am concerned, not even that one star worthy.

I was recently treated and everything both the room and the medical treatment was very good.

You will undress this with the parking costs. . !! It is not possible, one should not make a difference between visitors and people who enter the city center, for example.

This hospital looks just like a butcher's shop, if someone comes here for a treatment you get other problems or their illness or complaints gets worse. We have solved their mistakes of Erasmus through Radboud UMC Nijmegen, there is a real hospital. If you file a complaint, more than 8 baskets will be dirty scammers, I'd better go to Radboud UMC.

Sent from pillar to post today by this hospital. Employees are proclaiming several things that are not correct. Tomorrow I have an appointment in The Hague where I will receive personal help and do not get lost in the crowd that has no time for anything.

Last Tuesday and had an ultrasound from our third child ... what a terrible experience they had hurt my very much with the ultrasound ... and my stomach was bothering me .. and if you think for a special ultrasound! then you get and just and 2D ultrasound .. I feel like a test subject with you in the hospital ... every time and different person you get! my experience is not so nice with you .. they do not even bless what said to look at! that is in frisiscas guest house effis different .. and much nicer hospital sfg
