These guys made getting a home soo easy. They are extremely helpful and awesome people. When I finally made the decision to become a homeowner, I assumed it would be a tedious, timely fuss. Little did I know finding my dream home was a breeze! These guys/gals are the best around!
For our first home buying experience we could not be happier. We were assigned Michelle Rettenberger from Navy Federal reality plus program. We were instanly impressed with how quickly we got a response from her. Email, texts, or calls we would have an answer within (a max) of 10 minutes. She was always there to answer any questions and she made everything easy to understand for someone who had no experience. This made it much easier for us since we were trying to buy a home from across the country. One thing I truly loved about Michelle was her complete willingness to be upfront with you. If a house was not in great condition she wasn't trying to play it up as if it was. Michelle is very personable and the others at ERA are so very friendly. We are so lucky to have found Michelle. Whether it is your first home or tenth home, my husband and I highly recommend Michelle Rettenberger.
Megan with ERA Skyline was great to work with. She was willing to set up showings at the last minute and she didn't make us feel rushed in making a decision. When we asked her to make the offer on the house we wanted, she was prompt and right on it. Megan kept us informed through the whole process. I would highly recommend Megan Jackson to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
We used the guys when we were selling our home and everyone there was AWESOME to deal with. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and we knew exactly what was going on. When I'm ready to buy another, I'll definitely be going through them again!
So I went to these guys about a year Ago I tried to set up an appointment with one of the guys one of the receptionist said oh we can only meet once a week. So I couldn t do one week so I tried rescheduling and they ve just never gotten back to me and it s almost been a year. I would never recommend this company.
