The staff was helpful and friendly. Renovations are taking place making for a better customer experience. Offers free breakfast with a variety of breakfast choices such as scrambled eggs, bagels, cereals, mini muffins, coffee and orange juice. Beds were comfortable. We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids (3 and 5 yrs). The kids loved the pool and we were all very pleased by the variety offered for breakfast. We especially loved the waffles! The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcomed. The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definately stay again.

I really enjoy my stays at AmericInn but this time especially. I was travelling for work so the travel department set the reservation for me. I didn't pay attention to the email I received from the travel department other than seeing a reservation had been made. Upon my arrival to AmericInn the front desk associate told me that I did not have a reservation. I looked at my email and noticed that my reservation had actually been made for a different date. The front desk associate was kind enough to find me another room anyway. I'm a fan of AmericInn for life. The rooms are great. The bathrooms are spacious. I really like AmericInn
It was a last minute decision to stay at a hotel. We checked in very late Friday night. Thank you to the guy Terrance at the front desk. He gave us a room upgrade with a Jacuzzi tub and put us on the third floor away from most of the guests. He was great and took care of everything. We will be staying here again! Great customer service!
We came here last minute due to a blizzard that hit. This place was absolutely amazing. The manager came out and helped shovel cars out if they got stuck and made sure everyone was safe, the lady at the front desk was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
I travel for work and tend to stay in hotels across all different brands and this hotel (Chanhassen AmericINN) has hands down the most welcome feeling when you walk in and the staff are extremely friendly in my experience! The rooms are extremely clean and the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is the best here compared to other locations I've stayed at with a great variety! Andrea is extremely kinda and happy to see me when I stay there, her and her exquisite staff never seem to be be bothered by guests wanting to check in or out or have questions in general. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Only fair prices hotel I can find anywhere near the cities that has a balcony/jacuzzi room. And at a great price! Place was in good shape. The employees were helpful and humble. One of the only places serving a buffet breakfast right now. Which was also very good. My only bad experience was that I chose a weekend where there was a lot of young children there for a birthday party.... Yea they were a little loud. But all kids are. Theyre excited. And been held up at home for almost a year now. Happy birthday to whoevers bday it was!
The stay itself was sufficient for a roof over your head but could have been better. The room cleanliness was a C- at best. This hotel definitely needs to increase their cleaning standards!!
