They want your money but they don't want to do their job. Rented a place they managed for 2 years and during that time, they were reluctant about replacing a HVAC system that was ancient. Kept telling me to check the filter when I had a nest that told me that the AC was running for 10+hours each day to not even get cold. Then I had a very leaky bathroom faucet that wasn't just a dribble but a steady stream. I had to turn off the water to that bathroom because I knew it would run up the water bill. For months, I kept emailing them and they never fixed it. Then when I moved out, the itemized list of "things wrong" was 20+. I had requested to paint the walls from green to white when I moved in and they claim that "the paint was bleeding through" and charged me $1500 to repaint the whole house. I don't know what to say. Speechless. Will never rent a Oak Crest managed property again.
