After requesting uplift of a hoist just 15minutes after delivery as we quickly realised it was too big for our house (our son is a wheelchair user and we have a house full of walking, sitting and standing aids), we were told the earliest they could collect is 4 days from now. I explained the problems with my son being in a wheelchair and how the hoist takes up too much floor space we wouldn't be able to manoeuvre my sons chair around it. Turns out they are quite happy for us to leave this brand new, expensive and valuable piece of equipment out in the pissing rain until they can come collect it.
Apparently it was too inconvenient for the driver to come back to collect it as itll add an extra half hour onto their day...

The equipment supplied and delivered was excellent. The delivery and setting up of a hospital bed was very efficient. However it was very difficult to get through to the right department on the phone to arrange for uplift of the equipment when it was no longer needed. The website is not at all helpful as it redirects you to a Glasgow website which does not have an entry for Equipu.

Arranged collection of my aunts equipment when she passed away. Asked for them to contact me to give me notice to get to the flat and let them in but this wasn't passed on. A very less than helpful advisor couldn't offer any solutions except another date in 2 weeks time with no promise that the same thing wouldn't happen again. What a waste of a days annual leave up since 7am waiting. Shocking!

This organisation is useless. I have just come out...
This organisation is useless. I have just come out of hospital with a total right hip replacement. They were supposed to deliver equipment today. They took it to the wrong house and did not even try to access the property. They refused to deliver to the correct address. Instead they proposed to redeliver to the incorrect address after 5 more days. This is a serious system failure and needs to be reviewed. They would not listen to me on the phone. They clearly do not care and they run the system to suit themselves not the client.
