The building it's extremely well renewed and the staff was kind and willing to help in any way they could when issues occurred.

Clean, nice service, breakfast not amazing but beautiful rooms

Staff are nice, sheets and rooms are clean, the state of the building should be given a refurb urgently. Not 4 stars, but has potential.
We were moved from 4th floor to the third. Massive improvement, however still a few repairs returns needed in the bathroom. Thanks to the staff who listened and did their best to change our room.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast. Free wi fi but it doesn't work properly. Close to airport either by 182 bus with a 10 min walk, Alibus (5 euro) to Garibaldy square near the railway station or by taxi 10 -15 euro.

Having travelled in Italy before, this must have been the worst hotel we stayed in

The room was unclean, falling apart. The bedsheets and the curtains were dirty.

The plug sockets in the room did not work par one - we had to use the plug in the bathroom to charge phones!!

The beds were really uncomfortable.

The window was not sound proof, fridge broken and draws in wardrobe didn't close properly. The shower was so full of limescale that it dripped on you.

We called at 19:00 one day to ask for some tea and were told no. The roof cafe closes at 19:00 every day and even when it's open, it's awful.

Out of all of this awful experience the best bit was a large TV and one lady who was actually nice. Everyone else was miserable and completely unhelpful.

This is a one star hotel on it's very best day. do not stay here...

Clean rooms and the staff are nice the area is near the rough side of town but we never had any trouble on the plus side this side of town is cheaper to eat and drink out

Good location. Local services round and about. Bus stop right outside as are taxi's. Cheaply priced. Renato was so friendly and helpful, a gem. Rest of staff friendly. Rooms clean and tidy daily serviced. If you want to watch TV. Channel's are all in Italian, or dubbed in Italian. I'd give 3 stars not a 4. Breakfast continental enough to keep you going throughout the day. Rooms to front above cafe/bistro and main road do not expect a quite night or much sleep unless glass and wooden doors are closed. But then room gets far to hot.
