Unfortunately my dog was viciously attacked _twice- by the same dog (a pit bull mix) at the town commons property in Gilbert Arizona. The property manager HEIDI WALKER whom I immediately reported the situation to took no actions about it. Neither did ADAM DUDLEY when I notified him of the situation, after HEIDi took no actions about this situation. When I moved in about three months ago I was excited to see on my lease agreement that there was a breed and weight restriction for dogs. Unfortunately, I quickly noticed the rules reguarding these were being brushed under the rug. They seem to only care about profits and percentage of occupancy not the health and safety of their tenants.

Not a company that is conducive to working with "physically challenged" individuals

I just have to say my experiences dealing with the management company of Epoch Residential has been nothing but amazing! Especially moving from another country, the Epoch Residental employees from Paseo at Winter Park Village were extremely helpful in getting me acclimated to a foreign city, especially Linsay. She made me feel comfortable and made my move so easy - she deserves a raise! Thank you to the entire management team of Epoch Residential at Paseo. You guys rock!!

One of our favorite customers. The management teams are always very professional and knowledgeable. The properties that we have seen have been very clean and well kept. The staff's are always friendly and courteous.

Courteous staff, fair and justified expectations and compensation, and just over all an absolute pleasure to work for as a contractor!
