Unfortunately my dog was viciously attacked _twice- by the same dog (a pit bull mix) at the town commons property in Gilbert Arizona. The property manager HEIDI WALKER whom I immediately reported the situation to took no actions about it. Neither did ADAM DUDLEY when I notified him of the situation, after HEIDi took no actions about this situation. When I moved in about three months ago I was excited to see on my lease agreement that there was a breed and weight restriction for dogs. Unfortunately, I quickly noticed the rules reguarding these were being brushed under the rug. They seem to only care about profits and percentage of occupancy not the health and safety of their tenants.
