Simply amazing place to be.... So much scenic beauty... Each office building with a Wonderful theme... Amazing surrounding... Amazing people... So much art is there... You will not feel like going back home... You will want to see more n more... Endless besuty is there... Harry potter building.. tree house... Marvellous auditorium... Words are less to describe.
Been at HQ Epic, great place to visit, great people to meet. As first Academic Medical Center outside of the US we have bought Epic and are in the midst of implementation at present.
We've toured a couple of times and STILL haven't seen everything. By the time they do, new things will be built.
As a guest attending training I can say it runs like a well oiled machine. The campus is like an amusement park and the food is delicious and healthy.
Same/correct login values seem to change each time I use it. Promise to send UserName to email address doesn't happen. Just very frustrating to work with as a "user".
Very good training programs. Opportunity to participate in usability testing. Convenient shuttles to and from the hotels. The food's not bad either.
Epic's training campus, very nice and every class rooms have a funny name. Space is great and so was the food during training sessions!
Due to Epic coming into the Verona area. I believe there has been a lot of road construction. Since this constrution I've heard coyotes very close to homes and apartments in the area of Midtown Rd. I believe they've been driven into more urban area's. I've lived in Madison all of my life and in this area for seven year's. In the last two year's I've begun to hear coyotes howling. On the early morning of 11-16-18 at 2:35 a.m. it sounded as though a small pack of coyotes were in the field directly across Midtown an Carnes Road. Anyone who lives in that vasinity needs to be aware so they can make sure any pet's are brought in at night! If you do see them make sure to be as loud as possible they're terrified of human's. Although you can't blame wild animal's for getting closer to more populated area's. As we continue to build we continue to infringe on their land. You may see more wild animal's in your back yards.Try to be considerate if we stay educated we can all share the land together. God Bless Us All!
It is enormously spacious and interesting than the theme park. It's a company that makes Epic's daily life a pleasure!
Wisconsin's Google, essentially. Beautiful campus and glad to have such a progressive company nearby.
This place is INSANE IN THE MEMBRANE. I had heard of this "adult Disneyland" many years ago but only last week got to attend for a training. It greatly exceeded my expectations. I won't repeat what others have said here but I feel it is worth a special trip out there even you have nothing whatsoever to do with the healthcare industry. Official name of the complex is Epic Intergalactic HQ but I feel they can legit consider themselves the Epic Museum of Art and Design.
Always brings things to the next level. Of course the treehouse and slide are great. One of my favorites is the door to hell, which I still hope is an elevator but that's OK. But building a whole Harry Potter section???? Awesome sauce, Judy Faulkner, awesome sauce.
A must visit, especially if you can get there during the summer months. The grounds are incredible. Also, make sure to visit the story book and wizard campuses. Tours available 3-5 during the week and you can do self tours on the weekend! Make sure to stop by!
Recruitment officer cold called me at my professional email claiming to have read my resume online (which doesn't exist). Then she lied to me when I confronted her about it.
I work at Epic, so I bay be biased, but the campus is one of the most astounding places I've ever been. And, the craziest part is that it's all office buildings! Definitely go check it out if you've ever been curious. Also, I've heard playing Pokemon Go there is pretty cool.
Amazing simply amazing! Definitely worth the time to drive around and see all of the amazing architecture...
Free lunch and breakfast for customers. Lunch was always good with several choices. You must take the tour when you visit to see the architecture and all the local art work.
This place is like Disney world for adults when visiting!
Most beautiful place I ve ever been to. It s like a fairy land, way better than Disney. Staffs are extremely friendly.
I'm always thrilled when I have the chance to head up to Epic for training. The classes are always very well done and the instructors couldn't be more friendly. On top of that, the included breakfast, lunch, and snacks are always delicious. Lastly, I haven't had a chance to see much of the campus yet, but the little I have seen is pretty impressive.
Impressive campus and a good product. I really enjoy MyChart.
The food was fantastic! Great decor and ambiance. Unbeatable prices. The atmosphere gets a bit loud during the busy hours but that's what you get. Family-friendly. Good for groups.
Very pretty campus, but the Harry Potter part wasn't finished yet!
Just unbelievable place to work and get training!!!
You must visit this place in if you re traveling to Wisconsin. This is a hidden gem. What a beautiful campus. So much to explore and be prepared to spend your whole day in the buildings. Harry potter building was my favorite. You don t have to be an employee to visit the campus.
Great place to take a walk, even if you arent an employee/trainee
This place is amazing! Make sure you do the slide in heaven and make your way to the Indiana Jones hallway. Most things are interactive so don't be afraid to touch everything! Also the food is amazing!
I just went to visit my brother who works here. This place is aptly named, it is epic. Artwork and other interesting things are everywhere. Better than any museum I've been to. They do tours for the public. Well worth a visit, but be prepared for lots of walking.
I work here and the campus has so much variety in terms of buildings, art work, and food.
You can't go 5 feet without seeing something cool. Plus, the software is the best.
So much fun on self guided tour. We couldn t see much outside due to snow so will definitely come back in summer!
Huge campus. Offices in different themes same for classrooms at the training area. Deep space is amazing and huge underground. Very talented trainer and more or less healthy food and drinks. Most hotels in madison offer free shuttle to Epic. Also shuttles driving around the area. Alittle too cold aircon sometimes but keep you awake at the long days. Staff in general is Very young.
Five star quality training on a campus that even Walt Disney would admire.
This review is for people thinking of touring the buildings and grounds, not the software. Yes, take self guided tour weekdays 3-5pm, on a Saturday afternoons they sometimes have guided tours. Tours are free. There is lots to see and you won't be able to see everything in one day. While the big stuff is amazing, pay attention to the smaller art work. All the buildings have their own theme. My favorites were Alice, Kohoutek and the Fortress.
This company doesn t care about its employees. Look how they white out the don t travel section of this informational poster, but everything else is fine to do. How about the 50% pay cut if you want to work from home during covid? Wow just absorb that for a minute.... and it comes straight from the top. Judy and top execs are sociopaths that actually post their company s commandments in the bathroom. Fitting!
Amazing campus. You need hours to checkout all the buildings. While it is truly magical in many ways and their motto of "Do Good. Have Fun. Make Money." Seems to be working out, I do find myself wondering if maybe my medical bills might be a bit smaller if they weren't making so much money and having this much fun?
Beautiful campus to walk around. Could easily spend a day checking it all the different themed buildings inside and out.
If the goal of this company is to help patients access their records, it is woefully lacking. I registered and got a My Chart account only to find out I need to do it again and again with each provider and in each county. A totally useless data base for receiving multiple reports from multiple providers even if they all subscribe to My Chart. Work out the bugs please. A good idea but not thought through.
As a patient who is using their "My Chart" program, it is very impressive! It is very easy to navigate. I really like having this information at my fingertips for a multitude of reasons. In addition, I am able to see/track medications, set/check appointments and communicate with my doctors. All my labs are posted too. Thank you Parkview - Fort Wayne for implementing this tool. While traveling in the Madison area, I was able to see their campus in Verona one weekend. Since it was a weekend, it wasn't all that busy...but what an impressive place!
Love the campus! Still haven't had a chance to check everything out. I went there for training and will be back for most of October. Looking forward to checking out the rest of the campus.
Judy's choices for handling the cononavirus are appalling; clearly she doesn't care for her employees. Time for her to go!
What an amazing place. I got to see much of the campus. I can't believe how things keep getting bigger and bigger. Someone said it's like Disney Land. I agree. The artwork and decor is beautiful. It seems like visiting a museum or gallery. They require a lot of hard work of their employees, but what an exciting place to work.
Go on the tour! It's really fun. Epic campus is like an amusement park (without the rides). They have so much local art as well. It is really fun for kids too. And... It's a great place for pokemon go ;)
Great campus. You really need to tour the campus. They don't have soda on campus for trainees so make sure you bring some if you like soda.
This is an awesome place to visit. Every place you see is based on a theme and it's a very large area to explore. Thanks and hats off to all the people who were involved in the planning and construction of this really awesome and innovative campus
The intergalactic headquarters of Epic (that's what the sign says), the foremost company managing most of world's medical service records, presents itself in a whimsically serious, fun place to work. This cosmically planned corporate campus has an out of this world aesthetic for employees, visitors and tourists alike. If you are in the area, take a detour or better yet, call them for a tour whether guided or self-led and experience the far out reality of this intergalactic experience. In this world, this is the closest you will get to an out of this world experience.

Free lunch everyday, free drinks all day everyday... Who offers that? No one, not to mention they have a Harry Potter Castle... So, there is that.
If you are over 30 I wouldn't apply for any position there. Epic is not interested in true abilities. They are more interested in standard testing than ability. " Everybody is a genius, but if you judge a fish by it's ability to climb a tree, the fish will live it's whole life believing that it is stupid." A quote often attributed to Alert Einstein but in fact was not Albert Einstein, who happened to be dyslexic, as am I. I think that Epic lost out on a great chef, as is their loss.I continually go at least 4 times yearly to keep up with current trends, and not once was I given an opportunity to show my cooking skills, not were my cooking skills even asked about at any point during the process.
Are you kidding me!!! I want to work here too! Campus is always expanding and I don't know who the creative team is but keep it up on the designs. Great place to work.
Awesome campus. Fun to explore and tour. Great product as well.
Great place to work! If you don't work here, then it's just a fun place to take a tour of on the weekends!
Very nice facilities. They served a variety of breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. There were many places to explore and some amazing art works.
Idyllic setting. Love coming up here for training and conferences.
A.MA..ZING. FULL of art and fun everywhere you look. Comfortable sitting areas with beverage stations. They do a great job with training here. They even offer waking tours if you can break away. Shuttles organized from many hotels.
It looks unique that surrounded by morden office buildings.
I love working with the system. The campus is amazing. Seems like they do a lot for the local community as well.
gorgeous campus, gorgeous setting, great product; have used it in three different settings now, if implementation was bad it was the team running it/building it and not the program. intuitive, great support, extremely bright staff at epic give me a sense of reassurance both as an end user and part of the support team.
This was a slight disappointment, but all around a fun trip. The rides are somewhat lacking. I could only find a few rides. The slide was fun, but the elevator rides were kind of slow. Also the train at the front had no one manning it. The theming of the different areas was nice, but it could have been better. Some costumed characters or mascots would be great, but all the staff were apparently just wearing their street clothes which seemed a bit unprofessional. One was even riding a razor scooter. I asked for a ride to the next area, but he just scooted by without even acknowledging a guest. The real draw though is the food. It's inexpensive, tasty, and healthy. The Harry Potter theming in the large restaurant is a bit lackluster, but it gets the point across. Overall it's probably the best theme park in Madison which gets the rating up from a 3 to a 4.
The campus is impressive. Majority of employees are young, straight out of college. Rapidly expanding.
Premier medical software developer in the world (or in the galaxy per them). Beautiful campus with meticulously landscaped grounds. Worth a visit (which may take several hours). Call for visiting hours.
Sure the average age of employees is 25...they get them young, burn them out and replace. Not too many smiling faces. Gorgeous campus.
Enjoy working here. Interesting job, great campus/food.
