If you are over 30 I wouldn't apply for any position there. Epic is not interested in true abilities. They are more interested in standard testing than ability. I think that Epic lost out on a great chef, as is their loss.I continually go at least 4 times yearly to keep up with current trends, and not once was I given an opportunity to show my cooking skills, not were my cooking skills even asked about at any point during the process.
