Don't Waste your time with this company.

Don t book a load with the NC branch especially Jason. I booked a load with them they said they waiting on pick up number I wait 30 mins then i called again he tells me I don t have the load yet im waiting on customer. It was lie after lie after lie. Then on top of that he would say one thing and change up how whole story. Like damn man.. why just not be honest instead of waist peoples time.

These broker are too cheap I did 2 load with them 5 months ago and didn't pay fraud people..

Felecia Hicks and her team at Epes are awesome. The entire teams goes above and beyond. They ensure my drivers and team at Georgia Southern have all the correct information needed to perform our duties. Super nice team and they understand that in the transportation industry things happen ( Breakdowns, traffic, Late loading and unloading ) so they work with you to ensure when you are trying to over come those obstacles you will always have first hand info on every aspect of your load. Top shelf group at Epes.

Don't you ever book any load with these biggest liars, after my driver come to the shipper they cancel to me the load (after he drived 150mi. empty miles).
STAY AWAY OF THESE BROKERS

We have used Epes Logistics for almost 2 years. We find their personnel to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We have received fair rates and have been paid promptly for the loads we have hauled. In our opinion Epes Logistics is a well run professional logistics company.

Worst brokers, i book load with them for 4pm and my driver was waiting for that load and they canceled to me in 3:50pm, they are very unprofessional and rude. I don`t recommend this company...

"BE VERY CAREFUL working with these guys, they will cancel on you" is what my coworker told me, and i should have listened. Even after being warned that EPES LOGISTICS would cancel the load as soon as they get a cheaper option, I get a phone call 20 minutes after booking the load saying "The costumer pulled the load". I am very skeptical if EPES actually has any loads at all. So i am telling you what my coworker told me, BE VERY CAREFUL WORKING WITH EPES LOGISTICS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY WILL CANCEL LOAD ON YOU!

The worse broker ever!,Cancelled 2 loads with me within an one hour! And the excuse was: my partner covered it on another line. What is ridiculous! Be careful or better stay away from this broker!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited on hold for 10 mins just to be put on hold again for 10 more! There agents are just looking to cover loads at the cost of the carriers. We will never do business with them again!

we did a local load from chicago to chicago with 2 drops on 5/19/2017 driver waited by 1st receiver 10 am - 12 pm went to 2nd receiver 1330 pm - 1830 pm called Epes brokers to let them know the sautes on the load they promise to pay the driver for his waiting time . we asked for lumper to get unloaded they asked us to cover it and they will reimbursed the amount on the conformation $125 .
called the broker next day , they cover our lumper (- 31.50 ) . today its 6/12/2017 we still waiting for the driver detention 3.5 hours calling our agent to cover the detention she never even care .....
one bad agent makes everyone bad in this company ....

Horrible Broker!! They rescheduled my load 2 times because the customer wasn't ready for it. They day it was "ready", we loaded and went to the delivery only to be told they don't have the right equipment to offload the driver. I had to send the shipment back and they refused to pay to send the freight back! Never working with them again!

Horrible brokerage. Had a driver sit at a customer 6.5 hrs to get unloaded. Customer assigns docks at security gate then check in at receiving office. Time stamp was 11 mins past appointment due to yard full of trucks. Broker (Lonnie Smith) was kept informed after 2 hours, then 4 hours, then finally when empty at 6.5 hours. They said they would pay detention after 2 hours. Well, they didn't. If you are an O/O or a trucking company, DO NOT trust this broker.

Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience with this company. EPES LOGISTICS IS DOING A GREAT JOB! It's the most awesome company i worked with. From the scale of 1-10. I'll rate them 20 because they're beyond my expectation. I truly love EPES LOGISTICS! Especially the broker named Carissa Willis.They are the most accommodating staffs and they will surely help you whenever you have some queries. Please continue working with EPES logistics! If you are a Trucking company avoid doing " Blind shipment" with them. Even if you did everything right you will receive your check 150$ short, because "you ruined blind shipment".We never had this experience with other broker.

If you have spare time don t care about detention for your waiting time, then this company is right for you.
I ve waited at shipper 5 hours and broker through my dispatch promised to pay me detention but now broker refused to pay.

Do not book loads with this ...!

My company booked a load with this company and I called them letting them know I wasn t feeling and couldn t complete this load. There management called instead to see if I was okay to say I m BSing them and am blocked from there company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Logistic company

As a carrier i love to work with you. Your brokers are polite and easy to work with a specially Mrs Brittany Figueroa ( for me you are 5 star broker). When ever we got some problem with the shippers - u respond really fast and successful . I hope all other company brokers they are just like you.

This company is amazing. I have read other reviews and felt compelled to write my own. They have truly exceptional service and the communication is excellent. Since we started using them we have had no issues, and they have removed all stress from importing our products. They give us timely quotes, that have been spot on and they also work with our manufacturer and coordinate all aspects of the shipments. Some shipments have even been ahead of schedule, and if there are any delays they alert us immediately. I am very thankful we have them as a partner. If you want stress free shipping I would highly recommend their services.

Stay away from that broker had a load with Katy , driver sat at receiver for 5 hours and finally had to unload truck to get out of there and she does not want to pay detention or unloading

Never again! This Broker intentionally kept me on site of pickup and 5 hrs. later he only offered me TONU...When I called shippers they told me tahat Epes Logistics was told about this load not being shipped ... so I lost a day because someone
at Broker did not care to tell me about this load being canceled.

I've been booking loads from Epes for quite some time now and haven't had any issues so far. Every agents I've booked with has been professional and honest about their freight and they paid decent too.

Cheapest broker in the industry, literally when I hear their rates I cringe inside.

I have never had a problem with Epes. They have taken care of me and my business every time. I have never had an issue with booking loads with Epes.
