What's there to say... Huge convention center with great events. Great American beer greatest, snow sports expo, car expos, everything you would expect. Train station right at the front door is super convenient
Well suited as a conference center. - different rooms for different types of events. However, the air conditioning was sometimes very loud and disturbing.
Went there for a conference and was amazed how big it was...very modern and clean
A very cool building with lots of space. Ultra modern.
Very easy to get around the inside, lots of places right around it for fun and fun.
Big and air-conditioned, what more could you you want.
Clean, bad parking, easier to take light rail or Uber.
The Denver Comic Con event was very well organized.
Beautiful architecture and the big blue bear outside is a great finishing touch!
There is a greeter there that is the happiest guy you could meet. Very helpful!
Loved the auto show. Food and drink were predictably EXPENSIVE.
Very narrow loading conditions in this place. Ramp up is the same way to get down albeit has a roundabout at the top. Only 2 stars because of the poor load In conditions and very few parking spots. If you have a trade show here you'll find yourself wishing for Kay Bailey Center in Dalls or the World Congress Center in Atlanta. Both venues are worlds better than the Colorado Convention Center.
Nice building, located close to numerous hotels, and the 16th Street shopping areas. My only complaint is that conferences/events must purchase things like coffee and tea service from the venue and they provide no natural coffee creamer - instead provide International Delight products. This is industrial chemicals and sugars. I don't like sweet coffee and just want a natural dairy product. I'm surprised that in such a health-conscious place as Denver that this is the only option provided.
Wow, this place is HUGE. Can definitely accommodate anything - trade shows are big. Lots of nearby restaurants and parking right downtown makes for a great day out! Be prepared to walk. A lot.
Nice facility with lots of space to rent. Staff has always been helpful.
The bellco theatre inside the colorado convention center is absolutely amazing for being a smaller theatre!
Here for a volleyball tournament! Tons of vendors and set up well.
It was a great gesture of hospitality and plenty of resources from all those students and volunteers who helped make it possible. Thanks
Good place since it is central and with facilities for all types of convection. Free internet, individual meeting rooms, electronic device charging center.
Good place to go for an Auto show or Garden show etc. Its very large with areas to eat.
Great venue and location. Huge, clean, modern diverse space. I have one HUGE complaint though: trying to get from the venue to their OWN parking garage was a nightmare. I walked for 40 minutes, jumped down a retaining wall and almost got hit by the Light Rail train just trying to get to my car. None of the staff could even tell me exactly where to go. The elevators were out of service and there were no signs telling me how to get to the garage. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere less crowded and cheaper and take the Light Rail to the convention center.
Great facilities, $5 water is highway robbery but was expected.
We were at the Bellco theater at the Convention Center. This is a very nice 5000 seat theater. AVOID THE PARKING GARAGE & find a street parking lot, or take RTD light rail if you can. The parking garage is terribly designed. To get to the parking areas you have to drive up a very narrow spiral drive. You can see where many people have hit the walls going up. We found a spot on the 1st level (3 levels total). When the show was over we sat in our parking space 50 minutes without being able to get out. By the time we were able to get out of our space, the upper levels had cleared out first & most of the spaces on the 1st floor were empty also.
This was my first time at the Colorado Convention center. I attended the Outdoor Retailer show and this seemed like a great venue for this event. The giant bear statue trying to get in to the building is a great way to welcome all the attendees. The place is massive so bring your walking shoes! The main floor upstairs is laid out well with plenty of space and signs help you find your destination. The downstairs can be a bit of a labyrinth so you'll need to pay attention to where you're going so you don't get lost.
I came have come here for various events and each one has been great. The convention center is so versatile that it is good for big or small groups and events.
Great venue. Great staff. They were always nearby if you were looking for assistance. The bathrooms were kept nice despite the amount of people in and out, and I really enjoyed the conference. Some of the meeting rooms were too small though.
First class convention venue located downtown within walking distance to hotels, attractions and restaurants. Also, be sure to get a $9 all day train pass from the airport to the convention center area if flying in to Denver. When you get down town, take the free electric bus transportation to all the restaurants and entertainment venues. It's best in class and very easy to use.
Needs more local parking but otherwise is a nice space
Broad, too much feeling of little habitable. Very well equipped rooms
Attended the Rocky Mountain Dental Conference. Great conference, superb venue. Already looking forward to next year!
Great venue, lots of transportation choices to get you there and back.
Went to the 2019 Beer Fest. Not a big Beer Drinker but one of the best times I had in my life. Wonderful experience
The Convention Center is huge, but it is easy to find your way around. The food is nothing special. The big blue bear at the entrance is fun for taking pictures.
Great events and easily accessible! What more could you ask for!
Clean & Beautiful!! Staff was sooooo kind and helpful!!
Here to pick up Semi truck load, EXTREMELY tight docks!! Not for the faint of heart!
Saw Rammstein a few years ago, best show I've ever seen
Very nice facility for a large conference. Staff were all very friendly. A couple of the restrooms on the south side we're a little rough, but all others were clean and kept very well.
GABF is always great. The convention center itself is clean with plenty of places to eat. Typical convention center.
Parking is a scam. Went to pay for parking and by the time I paid I had received a ticket. Very rigged.
So much gear at the OR Snow Show, so I can go shred pow!
The convention itself was fun. But expected to find more comic books which sadly was not the case. They had too many other mainstream items .
Sticker shock-was quite depressing. Only reason I went was because of free tickets to get in. Parking machine was not marked well and took me for $8 extra because it gave no change. Selection of vehicles was dismal.
Convention was awesome vendor prices for food was disgusting. $52.0 for three slice's or pepperoni pizza and three sodas. Come on really. In an effort to bring money to the city through vendor's like this you are only cutting your money coming in from my family next year.
Been here for a few conventions. Staff is quite adept and good at keeping things running smoothly. Able to handle tons of people no problem. Plenty of posted maps when you get lost in such a big place. Highly recommend!
Place was filthy. Parking fees are outrageous. Pretty soon they will also start charging you for the air you consume. Too bad that it filthy too. Denver is not what you imagine as an outsider. One of the most polluted cities in the country. Air quality is terrible... so sad.
