What a great place for venues! Great central location and great service/friendly staff

Big changes over the last few years. Very nice great staff?

Multiple visits. Today it was the Jack Singer hall. Beautiful. Lots of parking on weekends. See the Calgary Philharmonic here for an acoustic treat!

Great place to see a show. Very convenient location for any mode of transportation. Great bars and restaurants nearby for pre- or post-show drinks.

The venue is beautiful and quite easy to get to even if you aren't familiar with Downtown - but I would say they could use more signage inside to know where the different theaters are. I don't think I have been there one time without getting lost and having to ask for directions.

Baffles me to think there's nothing but drinks to purchase inside the building. Vending machines are out of order.

I LOVE this venue. Only reason I only gave it 4 stars was after a concert it took 45 minutes to get out of the parkade.

Motel theater, very small maybe 60 people. Nice venue for small VERY intimate shows. (Get your mind out of the gutter)

Easy to find, confusing as hell, and needs to be way, way more accessible for the mobility challenged. Why aren't there more maps?

Amazing acoustics and location! I just wish that the ATM machines would have been working, it caused so many people to not be able to purchase goods from the concert.

Went to see Shane Koyczan here and it is a great place to see anyone preforming there. My only gripe is tha during intermission the lobby gets very crowded very quickly.

Nobody gets 5 stars. I'll never tire of this place and what it's all about. 4.95 Many Kudos.

Went here to see Weird Al, wonderful show. Venue was well kept. Parking was a wonderful price ($6) but getting out after the show was horrible. With all the construction and only 1 exit door, it took nearly an hour to get out. Might be better to park elsewhere a bit further away to avoid traffic jams if going to a packed show.

Nat Geo Live event was incredible, one of my favourite shows I've been to in a long time

A little dated interior but the acoustics are amazing.

This is a great facility for Calgary. They host a number of different theatre venues and the events they host vary from plays to speeches to musicals and symphony. My only complaint is that you want to leave a little time to enter the facility as the area where you present your ticket often gets crowded. But that is nominal.

I always love to visit this building. The plus 15s are always super interesting to check out when I'm on the area.

Jack Singer Concert Hall had good sound quality. Could be improved by having a larger variety of food and drink options.

Great performances from the Philharmonic orchestra.

Each time visiting Jack Single Hall was my special night. The shows, the music or the orchestra are beautiful. The sound system is perfect. I highly recommend this place for you to enjoy your time.

Allows known perpetuators of hate speech to perform under the mantra of "we don't censor" and then censors artwork by transgender artists.

Issue a formal apology to the artist you've censored.

Once again, a magnificent evening at Arts Commons. The facility is second to none... there is not a bad seat in the house. Last night we heard Marthe Cohn, author of Behind Enemy Lines, speak about her experiences as a spy during WW2. Thank you for hosting such important, thought provoking events!

Very easy to get around, up-to-date facility, I liked it a lot !

Arts Commons is a cool building, with many free arts installations. There's also some great food here. It does feel disconnected from the rest of downtown.

Great facility, good seating, close parking can be a problem unless you come early

Beautiful, classy building. I went for the symphony, and it was awesome. The concert hall is beautiful. Lots of classy looking staff throughout the building to help you, and there's escalators to every level. I will definitely go back when I get a chance.

If you have a chance, come see National Geographic Live. The theater here is a great size for that, with a giant screen at the back of the stage.

Went to a show here and couldn't see a bad seat in the house. Well laid out

Smoke was an interesting play, made me think a lot about current social issues

Beautiful space for multiple different events. I've attended shows, music concerts and even corporate events at Arts Commons and it is always a nice space to attend. They have a coffee show (Capuccini) further down that is pleasant and they have a nice lobby next to the Jack Singer hall with drinks/food.

Arts Centre in Downtown Calgary for all you artsy type of people.

Watched multiple plays and musicals here. Balcony seating has always been great to view the stage and not be obstructed by the person in front of you. Chairs are comfortable. Bit of a wait entering/exiting the auditorium because of the crowds but, it's not the worst thing. Staff are helpful when trying to find your seat. The sound carries really well to all areas of the auditorium. Can't wait to watch another performance here!

Saw Classic Album Live amazing show and great venue

Lovely building, could use some updates. The CPO is always a good time, and they've really stepped up their game in recent years. Would absolutely recommend for an evening out.

The ballet was gorgeous, and the seats were really nice, you could see everything so well. Sound was nice as well

Always enjoyable to attend Calgary Symphony events in this place.

Loved the symphony. Strings, Percussion, Horns and the Sultan's of String. Sweet.

Hubby and I came to see the Haters Roast in the jack singer concert hall and omg it was so much fun. Had the perfect seats for being in the upper level and the place is absolutely beautiful!!

Dianna Krall and her musicians were amazing. Beautiful facility.

Always a great venue. Lots of nearby parking and eating places for every taste or occasion.

Nice, fairly small, theater. Sound was good, even from the wings (basically). Had a little time finding it, but I'll blame my local guide for that. ;-) I'm not sure (we didn't have time to find out) but it didn't seem like there was a ton of parking available... must've been that we just missed it? lol

The coffee shops always have signs Put out but they're never actually open.

Ghostbusters at the CPO. Great movies with live orchestra playing.

Great sound for shows. Nice and cozy for close concerts.

Very nice theater......most of the seating is very tight so if you want leg room, check to see if the box seating with movable chairs are available....your legs will thank you later.

Went to see orchestra. Easy place to find and parking is across street. Arrive early for your show. Late comers are frowned upon

One of my favorite places in Calgary Downtown. If you are an arts enthusiast then you must visit this place and explore it yourself. Or visit when there is an event happening, which happens throughout the year.

Always clean and friendly staff. The performances are always top notch and can't wait to come back for the next show
