I tried to activate the service (they want 2 months in advance to let the technician do the verification). Result: you can not install the antenna ..... Ok it's not their fault. But the 59 refund has not arrived yet. I had to send a fax with IBAN data. At the time of collection are very fast but after 14 days from their email I have not yet seen the refund. Not to mention the call center. They know very well who you are but they bounce you by claiming that they can not let you talk to a manager. An operator tells me that I can send a Pec email, another tells me that there is no PEC email. The service I do not know how it works but the assistance is from third world. Terrible experience, INCOMPETENT.
They get paid first with additional bonuses guaranteeing coverage and at the time of assembly they tell you that the antenna is saturated and there is nothing you can do about it. I can't have the internet inside the house I just bought. In the face of advertising they say they take the internet where others don't. It would be enough to connect the signal coverage system that they have on the site by removing the areas with the antennas CLOSED FOR MORE THAN A YEAR.
Call to find out if there are solutions and they also make fun of you saying that they had no way of knowing before, but if out of 100 people who require activation within 20km from the only antenna they are KO at all there is no way to REMOVE AVAILABILITY in these areas instead of wasting time?

When they tell you that installation is included, don't believe it ...

Poor speed, contacting customer service is mega difficult, almost impossible. You have to open the tickets but lately they admit they have a problem without solving it from 3 weekends in a row.
Know that on weekends, you cannot work, watch movies, play online and do any type of download or upload at a decent speed.
If I had alternatives I would change on the fly.

I call for a refund they tell me that the ticket is open because it actually have found the error .... more than 6 months pass ... contact again and tell me: "must wait his turn for the reimbursement because others have had the same problem" another 2 months pass and I get to ask even 70 euros .... I call and I am told that the contract has been modified (without asking) and I can no longer pay it as when I stipulated it .... plus they told me that they improved the service ... but when it is cloudy skip the line and: "you have 2 trees that cover the signal" .... in summary .... I pay in excess .... I don't have the service ... For those who live in areas not served by fiber, Eolo is unfortunately the only alternative.

Bad experience. For the installation of the parabola, they rely on technicians who are not equipped to climb on normal roofs of 2-storey houses .. For these installations, as a solution, they offer you the rental of a platform for 200. A bit like going to a mechanic who only has a jack and to lift the car he asks you to rent the lift bridge because he doesn't have it .... So know that for installation on a normal 2-storey house over an additional 200 must be added to the installation cost. Unless they solve this problem I will certainly not proceed with the installation.

A VERY LITTLE SHAME. A star because it is not possible to give 0. But how can you be a company with such rude and poorly trained staff? Communicating with them is childbirth and the quality of the information is painful.
- Contract activation with free activation, 2 weeks of time available), at 3 weeks still nothing. I call 10 times for a reminder and the answer is "if you don't want to wait, cancel and do the one with a short and paid activation"
In my area the only fiber coverage currently unsaturated is Eolo so I am obliged to:
- Close the first order and open the second, the one with paid activation (about 60 euros) with activation in 5 days.

After 5 days, obviously NO FEES and the call center replies again "we can't do anything if you want to cancel ..."

How disgusting! I work in a multinational company and if I answered my clients like this I would burn myself at the stake. Shame on you!
