Very good place to have an office ,building in front of new metro station which is under construction as of today 9/5/18, variety of restaurants to choose from in the building,shops available such as barber, supermarket,bank,travel agency etc

This is good business office location right now metro work is on little hinderence for drive.

It's basically a 3 star Hotel pretending to be a 4 star Hotel. The bedroom was grotty with scuff marks on the walls and carpet flooring which did not inspire confidence. The staff in the coffee restaurant were arrogant to the point of being rude. If I was the owner of the Hotel I would be furious with the way they recklessly turn away customers. People we knew came in and were being turned away when we told them to sit at an empty table, while the staff huffed and puffed, they eventually served them. That to me is not customer service. The bar in the Hotel was run in a similar manner where at times it seemed like they were going out of their way not to serve paying customers. The only bright point in staying in the Hotel was the Reception staff, I just can't imagine what they had to put up with but they were always courteous, helpful and willing to go beyond their remit to help make guests stay as pleasant as possible. This is a Hotel living on its past reputation and needs a major change in mindset if it wants to survive
If you want to go to Vienna there must surely be better 4 star Hotels but unfortunately I can't recommend any as this was the only Hotel I stayed in while in this magnificent City. Just to be upfront and clear, I am not a Hotel or Restaurant critic my profession could not be further from both but I know the difference between good service and poor service, I can also see where money can be made and especially were money can be lost. There is something wrong in this Hotel, either the management are focused on the wrong issues and can't see the bigger picture or are happy to let things run as they are, which in my humble opinion will end in ruin for what was once a great Hotel!
