Following the misconduct and incomprehensible incompetence on the part of Lesley van der Merwe from Envestpro's insurance brokerage; not to mention Envespro's unwillingness to mitigate the issue, or even respond to my complaints; you can well understand that I do not feel comfortable taking on additional business with Envestpro in future.
Customer service is absolutely shocking. No one ever reply to emails, messages or phone calls. This is very concerning when you invest your money and can't find out what is happening with it.
