This place is so unprofessional and I had the worse experience with the staff. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone because the staff are very unprofessional, rude and don t know how to do their jobs.

Staff was late to arrive at work in the blood lab. There was a screen stating the wait time as 10mins but yet I waited 1 hour.

Horrible experience. Long wait time . Very rude and not helpful. Going to life labs from now on.

High quality main Lab. I had the chance to see how they work and I should say that the quality assurance in this centre is very high!
By the way, do not forget to check out the Koi pond at the Alpha Healthcare enterance ;)

I have never used their services. My review is based on the fact that my family doctor told me to NEVER use the diagnostic services only their lab for b/w etc. I don't know why my doctor feels this way, but I trust her judgement
