Have had a loan with this lender for over 1 year. Statements continue to be incorrect. Have requested can't tell you how many times in writing and by phone for this issue to be resolved. My payments are not applied to my interest and principle balance correctly. The customer support is lacking as well. Never call you back when they say they are going to. They say things will be resolved and never are. Find another reputable lender.

Very happy with BlueWave so far! I recently signed up for Community Solar and the process was very smooth and straightforward, with no down-payments of any kind. I'm glad there is a good option for those who cannot put solar panels on the roof. The company has a great team of smart, helpful, and friendly people, who seem to truly believe in their mission and have highly innovative ideas. Looking forward to saving money on electricity bills and helping the environment!

Edit - This has deteriorated. It has taken more than 2 months to re-amortize a loan that was promised to take 2 weeks. After 6 follow-up phone calls, 10 weeks, and two unfulfilled promises for a supervisor call, I finally was escalated today and told that it may take another 2 billing cycles. That means 4 months total to complete a process I was told would take 2 weeks. I'm hopeful that someone can help me out here, but without a prompt and thorough resolution, I withdraw any recommendations for using this company. This is completely unacceptable.

We were deceived! To put it bluntly here is how it works. We are paying Bluewave $300-$400 a month more than what our actual electric bill is. Being told that is what our solar credits were for the month! Who in their right mind would have signed up for this if you were told you would be Paying $300-$400 more a month than what the electric bill actually is to supposedly save money in later months.

This company is really good with its loan processing and payment plans. That process was fairly simple and stress free for me. Problems came up when I wanted to make an extra payment towards my principal. I tried 3-4 times explaining what I want and just could not make them understand. They kept doing the same mistake over and over again and finally I gave up. Their accounting team is horrible. Either they do not have any rights to correct things or they are not properly trained. Either way, according to my experience, go with them if you just want a solar loan and know for sure you would never need to contact their support. Else stay away from them.

Account has been canceled since August, we have moved. Paid the last bill in September, I have been receiving an email with a bill for over $200.00 per month for the past 4 months. Now up to $880.00. I no longer live there ! How does someone get this to stop! 1 star because customer service was pleasant. I will not pay this bill !
