Be careful. After 2 months searching job I had some experiences with companies. This company found me on indeed.co.uk and offered me job. They called me and asked some questions. After that they decided to invite me to the office with documents. They took copies of my personal details etc. and said just my reference check will take time maximum 2 weeks. Be careful it can be you possibly. They never call back. If you don't want waste your time and nervs do not respond for they call.
Troy the CEO turns up in his Porsche and does no security the rest of HR and management is useless . They lose clients because they don't listen
Probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. The quality of their security is crippling embarrassing. They will literally employ anyone with an sia licence, even if they can't speak proper English. 9 out of 10 security are inexperienced, hence the company losing contract after contract, forcing them to sell to an American company called Andrews security.
The owner of the company, Troy is a spineless coward who likes to pull strings from behind the scenes, but doesn't posses the b@lls to even pick up the phone himself and tell you that your services are no longer required.
I could list endless faults with this company, but if you haven't caught the jest of them yet then good luck to you.
