If I could give it zero stars I would.
The sales agent that helped me was very good. He did his job well. However the dealership goes above and beyond overcharging. As if it wasn't enough when you pay if your invoice is over 100,000 P they charge you an additional 3% service charge for the balance above 100,000 P.
There are no signs anywhere so the surprise comes when it's time to pay. Don't waste your time and money coming to this dealership. You will pay more than at other mechanics.

The worst Toyota Service Center ever! My car's interior was at its best condition before having it serviced in Toyota Pasong Tamo. After getting my car back, the seats were full of stains, marks and scratches. Unbelievable how laborers are not careful and are very oblivious of a car that is being serviced. How can one consider this as "casa", if the casa itself and its laborers doesn't offer up-to-par quality care during a service session. It completely does not justify the high fees that you pay for a single service. And instead of being worry free after getting your car back, you get additional problems that you yourself have to solve. This service center is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
If I have nothing good to say i'll shut up. So I will shut up. Go figure!
