Walk in the upper Martello valley. From Lake Gioveretto (1850 m asl) to 2275 of the Nino Corsi refuge and back, following a ring that dominates the gorge of the Rio Prima. Fantastic views, the strength of water in the narrow and deep Canton is something indescribable. The walk is about 8-9 kilometers, without any particular rips. We did it with 11 and 15 year olds without problems. For those who have even more breath from the shelter you can climb up to over 3000 m. of the red peak or even climb over the Cevedale group and get to Bormio! Fantastic!!!

A wonderful region. Dream places for lovers of mountain trips and cross-country skiing. A huge number of cruise destinations, great views guaranteed. A large network of great and clean hostels. An additional advantage is the lack of crowds on the trails.

Located in the heart of the Central Alps, the Stelvio is a typical high altitude mountain park.

For about three quarters its territory is above 2000 meters and reaches a maximum of 3.905 m on the top of the Ortles.

Solda Council as a base to visit it in the best possible way and capitalizing on the dozens of CAI routes that you can easily take.

The landscape varies greatly, if the valley floor areas are characterized by the presence of meadows, going up in altitude you will encounter both an almost lunar territory but also green verdant plateaus where it is easy to come across Tibetan cows, goats, sheep and yaks!

In addition to an incredible Park with great scenery and lush nature, the Stelvio is also a Park rich in history, during the First World War here ran the western end of the battle front.

Absolutely to visit for lovers of trekking and nature.

Unique place in the world, you can enjoy multiple fantastic things. Personally in 4 days, with great ease and availability on the part of the inhabitants and the managers of the accommodation facilities, I managed to ski, snowshoe hike, trekking excursion at high altitude (where thanks to the guide I was able to see chamois and deer) and to do a horse ride. It regenerates itself very easily. Highly recommended area!

Splendid landscapes, but the road to the pass during the day is a continuous procession of motorcycles and bicycles and cars and ... everything that circulates on wheels, it seems that the only interesting thing is to pass by there, a real pity. Council to go there by bus and then walk towards the Circola refuge. The landscape will be much more enjoyable.

Great nature. Do not drive in July and August. Extremely annoying, especially for the residents, is the noise of motorcyclists, many of whom find extra-loud, asocial flap exhaust systems very important. The six-year-old son of our neighbors also finds lawnmowers, chainsaws and leaf blowers fascinating, they make such a nice noise ...
