I went to grad school here. Beautiful campus and decent education (honestly, not worth the extra tuition they charge compared to most other private schools). However, while I was there I learned the university refuses to provide their full time, graduate and PhD students health care plans. Additionally, the university makes those students sign a form stating they will not work for anyone else while completing their studies as a full time student there (this is something I personally did). Luckily, I could still use my parents health care plan at that point in time, but I knew quite a few people who financially struggled to afford health care while completing their PhD. If you are interested in going to school here, think about this before you decide to enroll.

I took their PMP course and it was a waste of time and money. I did not learn a single thing. All you do is go over the PMBOK guide for 8 weeks, talk about soft skills for another few weeks then summarize for a few more weeks. Oh and let's not forget the "self study part" where you study on your own. Good thing the classes cost thousands of dollars so that they won't do anything for you.

The classes are set up where you are enrolled in 3 at a time. One class though, you don't use, so it just confuses you. The other class is where your materials are. And the other class is where you get into the live lectures and where the discussion board is. No one uses the discussion board so it is just a waste. The engagement from students and teachers in minimal. I regret going here, please save your money and go elsewhere.

great school for students to learn and grow as an individual at the same time gaining a true sense of their place in the world. Students are consistently encouraged and guided towards examining their part in making the world a better place for everyone. Priceless experience.

Villanova University is established by the Augusti...

Villanova University is established by the Augustinian Order under the patronage of St Thomas of Villanova. Beautiful paintings of the Saint is kept in the monastery. It's known for the business school and is one of the leading Catholic Universities in the United States of America. The statue of the founder of modern genetics Gregor Mendel is placed in the campus advocating the great transformative leadership he has given to humanity through his research activities. This statue remains in front of the Villanova University Science Center. This University is a great place leading the younger generation into research and academic excellence. I was happy to be there participating in the Big History Conference.

Absolutely horrible experience. Signed up for a Green Belt certification and upon my first week, had a death in the family. I called the headhunter that signed me up and told her I would not be able to complete the scheduled track due to the misfortune. Told me that I was taken care of on the spot and that I could continue the class on the next cycle. Come to find out, she didn't and they took all of my money with no reimbursement and since I was disenrolled, I could no longer take the course. Now I am stuck with a student loan for five thousand dollars, three boxes of books that I can't sell, and nothing to show for it. I called her back after I found out what happened and I was informed that "these things happen". The epitome of unprofessional. A month later, they tried to get me to go to it again, without remembering who I was. Horrible experience.

Great school, awesome engineering program. Room for improvement as with any University I've seen, but fundamentally well formulated school. The people complaining about it either went here for communication, which paying the money is not worth unfortunately, or didn't bother to enjoy the campus. And the one person claiming this is "on par" with Drexel or temple is delusional. While good schools, I've seen graduates here receive better jobs and higher salaries than surrounding schools. As far as if the money is worth the higher salary but also higher debt, that's tougher to say. I think once you factor in the environment and the staff commitment, with great sports teams and school pride, it's worth every penny.

I was going to apply for another certification program but changed my mind after getting this text for some nonsense. Made me question the legitimacy of the one I was applying to.

Villanova is an absolutely gorgeous, stunning campus! I live just around the corner and haven't been there in many years but took a walk through today and it was so idyllic and perfect I would love to go back to school and go there! It was pristine and wonderful. Every single student and worker was wearing a mask. there were benches everywhere to rest. There were tents set up for students to be able to sit outside and socially distance do their homework. There was a few outdoor classes. It looks like they're taking Covid seriously!
The only thing I did not care for is all the crosses but I am not religious so that might be why.
