I've work at ESC for almost 20 yrs, I've never been layoff, and I've always been offer overtime which is important to me, and there's a lot of employees that's been here a lot longer than I have, that along speaks highly of esc. There are several types of jobs at ESC, there are clean jobs here, but if you would rather increase your earnings you might be interested in taken a job were you get your hands dirty we have that also. Our management that runs our company, I would have to say they are good people doing a good job . As employees we all have our job duties, so if your the kind of person that is honest and can follow directions and is teachable, and willing to show up for work everyday, you too could have a career at ESC.
Extremely too hot for anyone to work! Management should be ashamed of themselves for the working conditions but just shows they do not care because they get to sit in air conditioning for 8hrs or less while workers on the floor put up with exhaustion for 12 plus hours and mandatory overtime. This company is building a site in Mexico so no doubt that they will be moving there if management hasn't ran everyone out before then.
Horrible place to work for, glad I got out when I did. The management don't care about what's best for the employees, and only care about the inside of their own pockets. I had to fight to get my shift differential pay since they didn't want to pay me. Did meet a lot of awesome people while I was there.
Nice facilities and great staff. It is a Industrial production facility so no it is not nice and cold and quiet. But for what they do it is pretty good.
