Extremely too hot for anyone to work! Management should be ashamed of themselves for the working conditions but just shows they do not care because they get to sit in air conditioning for 8hrs or less while workers on the floor put up with exhaustion for 12 plus hours and mandatory overtime. This company is building a site in Mexico so no doubt that they will be moving there if management hasn't ran everyone out before then.
