I recently selected Engel & Vokers to list and sell my Cayman Island property. I will not recommend Heidi Kiss to others. I was extremely disappointed with her personal service throughout the listing period and sale of my property. Her personal service was a waste of USD $29,000.00 of my money directly paid to her, with NO CO-BROKER COMMISSION. The only people that were of value were the photographer and videographer equal to a USD $2,000.00 value combined. My buyer was referred by a neighbor owner, that had difficulty contacting Heidi Kiss to complete the purchase. This resulted with the buyer contacting myself by personal email, resulting in a personal conversation whereas I sold the buyer my condo at full listing price. The buyer then flew to Cayman for a two day visit to walk through my condo prior to signing the offer document. I directed the buyer to contact Heidi Kiss direct as not to have the 7% commission divided by a co-broker. This was a $14,500.00 benefit to Heidi Kiss. I have many emails to prove I sold this property myself. This is a typical scenario of "WHO CARES", as long as everyone at Engel & Volkers receives their money. I am currently leaving a 1 star review on every Google listing for Engel & Volkers worldwide that I can find. Heidi Kiss did not SELL my condo. She filled in the blank spaces on a "offer to purchase" template document. I feel that I should be entitled to reimbursed for the value of a co-broker commission, less the photographer cost = USD $12,500.00 This is my money!

the worse broker company to work with. very difficult to establish any business with their broker especially kathy mcfarland , to get any information on a apartment i was interested in , it was like pulling out teeth. she will intentionally read your emails and then ignore them how i know, well she told me: after sending her few emails asking her if she had received my previous messages. she answers "yes i have received it" unapologetically . shocking and unprofessional
kathy mc farland is the worse communicator ever. no sense of customer service. she lists apartment but has no interest on renting them as she never replied to any of my inquiries
Be extra careful if your landlord is selling the unit using this broker. They came into my apartment without any notice and blamed the email stuck in their outbox. How ridiculous.
