I replaced existing moldy and badly damaged decking with composite refacing. The deck crew worked from morning to late in the night to get the job done. There were some issues that I discovered the next day, and management wasted no time in resolving all of it. The crew came back out and fixed problems as requested. No fuss. The outcome of the deck refacing was amazing! I could not believe that old rotten deck looks like a million bucks now! Another great thing is I got 2 other estimates and Deck Helmet was far more reasonable (They actually warned me that no one would beat them they were right. LOL )

I contacted Deck Helmet to replace the floor boards of my wood deck. They provided the most competitive price and provided a higher quality series of the Trek composite. There was an issue where the scheduled installation date was going to be pushed back, but I informed them that I had to get it done before Sunday since we were entertaining guests and could not do so with all our patio furniture and BBQ grill inside the house.
Upon hearing this Deck Helmet and their sales rep went above and beyond my expectations by contacting their supply source the evening before and securing the materials first thing in the morning. Their crew was punctual, friendly and professional and left my property clean of debris.
