Shamefully, over a year to receive a refund of about 700 euros and finally their registered letter arrives, naively I think the check has arrived, instead magically they send a generic invoice of over a thousand euros without specifications. Thieves and crook (and I give a compliment)

If I could put 0 stars I would. There is no toll-free number for mobile phones, only for a fee and not cheap (199 ..), you waste time choosing the numbers and pay, plus the rude, annoying, boorish operator then treats you badly if you ask twice explanations. I'm sorry, but if I don't understand well, it's also right to ask because the phone call is very expensive

They send a reminder for the payment of the bill when the debit on the current account is set for my supply. They never respond to any means of contact. The "Contacts" section is useless since filling in the form with an error "tax code and surname do not match" (FALSE). However, their automatic e-mail for receipt of practice arrives and I will be contacted as soon as possible (FALSE). Telephone advice to be called back does not work (usual error of the tax code). Since I don't have a landline, guess where they answer only? But of course at number 199 for a fee.

I didn't want to put 1 star but I had no other choice to write my comment. Shoddy is still a nice compliment. I'm angry to say no more. I spent nothing but money on my cell phone for nothing. I can't speak to an operator to clarify a reminder that arrived via email this morning. Bill never arrived, including all the others with thanks for regular payments. I wonder why this service exists. I will change as soon as possible.

I made the request for the activation of a new user a month ago and I still haven't received any response. I called you at least 20 times from a landline and I couldn't speak to any operator. I called from my mobile, clearing my remaining credit, and only then did I speak to an operator. I have completed the registration procedure with email and password and have not received any confirmation email.

I write here my experience with the customer service of the National Electric Service. A shameful thing that does not deserve comment. Operators on several occasions that slam the phone on your face and tell you to make do! Call to signal the thing and find yourself in the midst of a sort of self-protective sect. Third World Robe. A shame for the community. I obviously canceled the contract immediately and changed from a supplier to a startup that I don't name, but from the first minute of the request they contact me via message with an amazing reception, an admirable competence; in short, professional. Long live civilization! I strongly advise against the service.
