I write here my experience with the customer service of the National Electric Service. A shameful thing that does not deserve comment. I obviously canceled the contract immediately and changed from a supplier to a startup that I don't name, but from the first minute of the request they contact me via message with an amazing reception, an admirable competence; in short, professional. Long live civilization! I strongly advise against the service.
