I was unable to access my acea, customer area and ...

I was unable to access my acea, customer area and in chat, they tell me that they had sent me an email because I would have to go to the Electricity Network. Email never arrived, but, the password must be reset and, always in chat, I ask to be able to do it, but it takes 48 hours for the email to arrive, obviously not even this email has arrived
