Been down with chase for 3 years, if you have an issue they correct it quickly!

Very helpful--I hardly had to wait around before some one asked me what I needed.

What is wrong with people that pick up the phone here? All I asked was if they had safety deposit boxes was given a curt no . I had to ask if she could tell me which branch does and she was like I don t know . Well maybe you could find out for your customers! I should just take my banking elsewhere. The branch on s high has worse customer service. Everyone s clueless about things and aren t even willing to find out anything.

Went to this bank to Open a new account I just move to Columbus and they wouldn t take my temporary license . I told them I haven t Received my card in the mail yet and they refused to take me . They weren t very considered or empathetic towards me .
I walked over across the street to pnc bank and the lady happily took my temporary license . I love pnc bank! Forget about chase

*Update*
Mysteriously, after contacting the member services department about my stopped payment my account was suspended without a reason. How Convenient... the company then informed me they decided to close my account and I will have to take a loss for the stop payment error. I spent about 35 minutes on the phone and obtain the rest of my remaining funds and put into my other bank account. Extremely poor customer service.

*Side note* The W Henderson Road location has outstanding customer service and very kind caring and detonated staff.

Honestly I thought Chase was a pretty decent bank until I did a stop payment on a check that was supposed to be not received/lost. Well the Check ended up going through. This is Chase s response ha ha well it happens sometimes Nervous laughter indeed. I don t really find the situation too funny. I m sure if it was their finances that were being this handled they would be attacked concern, nevertheless I will be making arrangements to move my direct deposit somewhere with more competent individuals. If I could give this bank a half a star I would. Maybe I have a stars being to kind. Now I m a easy going southern women... Until you mess with my pocketbook.

I have to use this bank. Its the closest to my home. I'm in old town. Near the bank on long Street. There is a little OLD LADY that works in

that bank, she Ware's classes and a blond wig, me and my partner went in and spooke to her back in July of 2020, for some reason when I said that's my partner, Jeffrey . JEFFREY'S card was declined,, we contacted the main office. They said to us that what ever was done with his card she did it. He had to get a NEW card. Cause his old card had been closed .. No lie.! That's sad we had banked there for years, and we still do. Says a lot about my partner. He's such a forgiving guy.

The only chase branch that will order the coins i need for my business. Very reliable & honest staff!

Not very quick, obvious that private client is the main business here as only one teller was on duty.

It is wonderful that there is a Chase Bank branch conveniently located in downtown Columbus.

Google claims that there is a "drive-through" at this branch but there is not. I know of no way to report that error to Google.

There is an ATM on the outside of the building and an ATM in the lobby of the building [that is available whenever the building is unlocked].

Though there are steps from E. Broad St. down to the main entrance of this branch, wheelchair access to this building is available by traveling on the public sidewalk towards the rear of the building and then either by (1.) reversing directions when there are no steps to the lower level patio or by (2.) continuing to the rear of the building where there is a wheelchair-accessible entrance to a lobby that has a guard desk that can direct you to this branch.

This downtown branch is so rude. You are better off going to a neighborhood branch.
