This company is beyond rude, they do not know how to communicate or do their job. Do not waste time and money using this company. You say you protect the integrity of your clients property when in fact this home was disgusting when we moved in. The grass was knee high. The ac was not working. You scheduled maintenance to come out for the wrong things. Fail to schedule it with us. We have never turned someone away that was supposed to be there. Kelly is 100% rude, unprofessional and takes money from home owners in return doing bare minimum work if any at all.

Working with Kelly Sauls has been awesome! She is always available to handle and problems and answer all of our questions!

Professional from start to finish. Kelly took care of everything! I have both purchased and sold a home with her. There is no better realtor in the business.

Sat on my husband's application for at least 2 weeks with poor communication to him about the status of the townhouse he applied for. At the last minute, he was told townhouse was already rented. He didn't know there was someone else being considered and he was out $50 for the application fee. They didn't seem helpful or professional.

Kelly Sauls is my property manager and she is great. Everyone I have a problem with rental property she gets back with me within 24 hours. I have no complaint so far.

Worst place i ever rented from. My unit had mice & roaches along with things that needed to be fixed and they never sent anybody out to fix it. Kelly sauls knew i was having a newborn son and i told her i didn't want to stay in the unit under those conditions. I never had to stay in. So she put a eviction on my record because of that. Wouldn't recommend renting from them.

Company that allows many applications for them to charge application fees and then not tells anything or take the property down for other people not to apply. Instead they let it go and collect fees.

*** Not being selected is not the problem, is the fact that you guys select a tenant and keep "PROCESSING" applications, collecting the fees.

Kelly Sauls stepped in to manage a property in which the tenant (found through another PM company) had violated the lease and damaged the property, triggering a homeowner's claim and major repair. Kelly managed a difficult tenant, oversaw the repair process for me as I'm out of state. She brought about a smooth separation, and has no found a very good new tenant. Her staff is more inconsistent in handling problems that arise so that I sometimes must step in and troubleshoot more than I would like, but overall it's an improvement over having to manage everything myself.

Kelly and her staff have assisted my family with multiple home transactions and I definitely give Encore my highest recommendation! Because of her many years of experience, Kelly can anticipate potential issues and resolve them quickly or avoid them altogether and during a stressful time that s is priceless!

First time ever going through this company for a rental . Let s just say I m beyond thankful for them ! I went to view a house on 12/16 and was approved by 12/18. I dealt with Rebecca the entire time ! Rebecca s communication was unbelievable the entire application time . Every time I called she was helpful and was able to assist . You can tell she is eager to help others and enjoys her job . I look forward to moving in and being a tenant with this company !!

Encore is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with! Their communication, customer service, urgency addressing issues, and resolution of issues is subpar. I have had one issue after another with Encore and their property. I pay a hefty rent to live in a property that is not being maintained and is falling apart. Encore's response to issues is ridiculous; the employees constantly text or call me during the workday to have me re-report issues I have already reported using their electronic system. And, their tone has been condescending and borderline disrespectful at times. They have no urgency about anything I report: 1) AC that goes out in July/Aug causing temperatures inside the property to reach 87-90; electrical issues including a microwave that starts running randomly day or night I walked in the house and found an empty microwave running; garage door that won t open so I can get my car out which makes me late for work and causes me to have to get a Lyft; plumbing leaks that damage the ceiling etc. Their employee, Haley actually had the nerve to tell me "I had to pop back to the UK unexpectedly for 10 days so nothing has been done" on this latest issue. Also, a shutter fell off the front of the property and has been lying on the porch for 7+ weeks. Please know and remember Encore represents the property owner. Tenants don't mean much more than the rent to them. You'd be wise to get a realtor or professional help with your house search someone who will act in your best interest. Pay very close attention to your lease if you rent a property; mine said (and I pushed back) that I'd be responsible for repairing the homes major appliances if they broke and from what I can tell they haven't been maintained or replaced since the home was built more than 10 years ago. Really, I'm supposed to be responsible for worn appliances in a rental property that is hardly maintained? I guess I'm supposed to happily pay rent and host the holidays with a shutter missing off the house and 6ft x 6ft water damage stains and drywall hanging off the ceiling. Not to mention with so much water damage, there may be mold growing in walls. But who cares? Not Encore; they haven't even checked for the root cause of the damage. Oh, the 1 star is for the excellent rent collection/payment system. Thanks Encore!

Encore Properties Management is without a doubt the best manager of rental properties I have experienced in my twenty some years of renting houses. They have taken the best care and provided the quality management that most organizations fall short. The houses i own in North Carolina have been managed in such a professional way that it is hard to believe that these people are for real. I have had management companies in North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama take charge of my properties and collect the rent and make repairs as needed, but not to the extent of this company. They go far beyond just collecting rent. They inspect the properties on an on going basis and insure the houses are well maintained and make sure that anything that is in need of attention is taken care of before it turns into a serious concern. I can't say enough about Kelly and her team of experts to manage my properties and would recommend them as the priemier company to manage any properties in the area. They are truly the standard that all management companies should be measured. I really trust they are looking out for the owners interest, but also making sure the renters are well taken care of and any issues that arise are quickly resolved to the owners and occupants satisfaction. Rebecca and Kelly were both amazing and sweet! They took no time at all to respond to my application and despite my numerous questions after I was approved they continued to be sweet and understanding and never made me feel like a burden. The home I rented had a lot of issues. I would not recommend to anyone trying to rent from them as they are not that helpful.
