Encore has amazing customer service !! Highly recommend

Everybody that delivers to this place say it's a nightmare. I've been there a few times and I don't have any problem with it at all.

Well here we are again, Encore Glass is not a retail glass store but a wine glass (bottles) distribution facility for Vintners of the Napa Valley and surrounding area. It is Top Notch, as I am here almost daily sometimes multiple times a day to transport orders to our customer's wineries from Southern California to Northern Washington.

Customer service was A will be a return customer.

Been here a few times and usually load pretty quick, today was no exception. Checked-in by calling phone# on door, gave me a dock#,
waited in truck until loader finished. He bang on trailer to have me come sign Bills. Everything was smooth. Lots of room here!
