Encon ALWAYS does a great job for me regardless of the technician that comes to my home. Scheduling is easy, the appointments are always honored, the technicians are always respectful of our home and always get the job done. I never feel like they move slowly, try to up-sell me, or are not sure of what they are doing. Have worked with Alliance and Air Solutions before Encon and the difference is night and day
