Terrible experience. I ordered an iPhone 11 pro online and went to a Verizon store to pick it up after receiving a confirmation text. After checking in and waiting my turn to be helped, we found there was a hold on my purchase. I offered to cancel and pay in person but that was denied.

I was forced to wait by the office landline by the front desk for over 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold to speak with a separate department.

Terrible experience and no sign of empathy from the staff - don t know what I could have done to avoid this. Wish I was compensated in some way...
