Unbelievable to have a customer arrested! I have over 30 years banking experience. This is DISGUSTING!

Calls police on non white people who DEPOSIT cheques.

Personal service is EXCELLENT! Could not ask for better in a bank, ESPECIALLY this branch! Tellers and Customer Service Representatives are the some of the BEST that I have ever seen!

If you aren't white I wouldn't risk banking with this bank. Their policy is to call police on any non-white person depositing a large check. Not worth the risk!

If I could give this bank as a whole zero stars, I would. I estimate my interactions with them at a ratio of 100:1 bad:good. This includes them shutting off my debit card while I was out of the country after I notified them of my travel dates, locations, and flights since I wouldn't be able to contact them while I was away. Their response upon my return was, "well, we tried to call and left a message..." They have also cancelled my debit card for suspicious activity in a city that DOESN'T EXIST (I looked), and didn't notify me at all. They have shady practices as far as posting transactions. I monitor my budget closely and frequently (a couple of times per month) a transaction will show, be deleted, and then re-posted a few days later. I've kept them because of the high interest on my checking account, but it's just not worth it anymore. There are other banks that can match or beat their rates and it certainly won't take much to beat their service.

Excellent service with a very friendly staff! They even caught a fraudulent withdraw on my account and denied before it could go through, I highly recommend!

This Emprise Bank branch has very professional and helpful personal bankers. Mallorie McGaffin is very knowledgeable, and assisted in a disputed charge. The amount was credited back, and eventually fully refunded.

This branch has extremely quick drive-thru service, very rarely does it take longer than 5 minutes total! Usually I go inside to conduct my business, even then it's a quick process. The fast, friendly tellers know me by name and the Personal Bankers, Malorie and Tristan make me feel welcome every time.

If somebody gives a fake check to me, I get arrested. Logic to hide racism!

I recently applied for a job at Emprise for which I was well qualified. They sent me a request to check my credit. Little did I know that I was going to get an in-depth review of my credit as if I were applying for a loan rather than a job. They had they audacity to go through and highlight any negative information on my file and then mailed it to me! I felt violated by this. If you are thinking about applying for work at Emprise and you've had anything negative happen to your credit whether it is a death in the family that set you back financially, a divorce in your life that has set you back financially, if you or someone in your family has struggled with illness and medical bills have set you back financially do NOT apply for work at Emprise. If you've struggled with any of these things in your life and are trying to find a better job to repay debt and rebuild your credit and life then Emprise is NOT the organization that will help you get there. They will turn you down and focus more intensely on your credit report rather than your resume and skillset.

Tristan Neth is a horrible banker she is in personal banking, she made feel uncomfortable. The other staff was friendly through.
