Not sure why this company has 5-star ratings. Anyway, I live in one of their Brooklyn properties and boy I can tell you so much about them. First of all, the security of the building is nothing at all. Yes, there are cameras, but those doesn't help at all. The entrance door has been busted and fixed multiple times and packages are missing continuously every month. And when you contact them and complain, all they tell you is to file a police report which doesn't do anything at all. They do care about your money being paid on time every 1st of the month. Also, thanks for hiring a very unresponsive and irresponsible super.
