Great price went to multiple tire shops down Gettysburg and Salem he had the same price as the competition for a brand new tire.

This is the best Tire Service in town. They have very competitive rates and the Customer Service is second to none!

If i could give no stars i would.
At 12 bucks to mount/dismount a tire they just are not worth it. If you need perfect service, great used tires with more than 50% tread, and you dont want to pay someone for using a common sense machine to mount your tire, go to jeffs tire service on north doxie. 25 to 30 bucks a tire, thats the flat rate. No extra cost, no mounting/dismounting fees. And hell check the tire insode and out, and put it right on your car. For a maximum of 30 bucks a tire.

My tire tore after a week of having it. I came back here with a warranty to get another tire and I was promptly told it was worthless. Not only that, but Greg made sure to unprofessionally tell me that I had caused a dent on the INSIDE of the rim. I'm pretty sure the dent happened when this place first changed my tire. As a result, save your money folks. This place has absolutely no integrity.

They were very nice, quick and honest. They let me know that my rim was bent and offered us 90 day guarantee warranty as long as I switched the rims, which I have a new one at home. Thank you for being so quick!!

Will not be back to this business. I got work done that I felt didn't need to be done. Went somewhere else and got the work done cheaper. And was told couldn't understand what was done or why. But I wish them the best though.

My Pops been doing business with Greg starting when he was at Custom tire. He swears by him,won't let me go anywhere else. Mr. Greg employs many neighborhood residence. I've seen Pop's haggle successfully over the cost and they even gave him a ride to cash a lottery ticket to pay his bill. WOW!!!

Really sleazy dishonest guys. You literally have to stand outside or in your car and watch them. They try to get over on you anyway they can. They stole my spare regular tire from my trunk and gave me a donut. They ll cut your tire just to make you buy a new one. Why do they get mad if you don t flirt? Because they re all old ugly disgusting dudes that nobody wants. Every one of y all mamas should ve swallowed.

Greg hires courteous employees that respond in a courteous fashion when spoken to. The whole shop is very open and honest about their work and are not afraid to volunteer showing before, during, & after.

He sells tires as well.

If you try his shop just once, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place afterward.

I have been Greg's customer for 2 years now, and have been happy until just recently. I bought FOUR tires from Greg's on August 3, 2018, and on August 18, 2018, my TPMS warning light came on. Before I could get to a gas station with a working compressor, my tire went PANCAKE flat. As it was Saturday, and I didn't really have any place to be, I decided to wait until Monday morning, and take it back to Greg's, as I was still within the 30 warranty for used tires. I left home with plenty of time to arrive to Greg's right at 8AM, so I could hopefully get my tire repaired, or otherwise have my warranty honored, only to find that they are CLOSED until September 17, "for vacation." I live a fair distance from my place of employment, and also had plans to travel this upcoming weekend, neither of which will be safe or advisable with a donut on my car. I am hopeful that Greg's will honor THEIR warranty, as my tire failed barely 15 days into a 30 day warranty; I came right back to the shop, but THEY are closed until well after my warranty will have expired. I will be more than happy to change this rating to a more positive one, should they honor the warranty on my tire, since it will be their fault that I am unable to return until after the warranty period.

I was Refered here by a friend of mine and i am very happy i took that advice. The respect and friendliness of the staff here is outstanding. We were greeted immediately and were very well taken care of. Even the owner of this company was inspecting his employees work as they were working. Top notch service. We will be back for any tier service we need. Bravo Zulu.

They deserve extra stars. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I had an issue with another tire shop and Greg's fixed the problem. My wheels are powder coated and are very easy to scratch, but their shop manager BB handled them like a pro! I will definitely go back to this place, worth the drive to the West side. Good people, great work.

Terrible standard of practice. Told me one price and charged me another higher rate. I would never recommend this service to anyone. His customer service is just as bad and junky as his shop and raggedy tires.

Been going here a while. Because of greg.....employees makes me no longer want to go there. Just sat an hour on a non busy day because thier friends came up. And i wasnt a hot female they could flirt with. First come first serve was how it used to be. Now its crow favorite. If i cant get the 2 older gentleman your wasting your time. Unless they know you. Had a full conversation with a tire company across town on Valley. They got me done in 20 min. Get your employess correct. Because youve lost one customer for life.

Ive been to a lot of tire shops in my day and Gregs Tire Services was, by far, the best in the business. I was treated like i mattered to them the second i pulled up. They went above and beyond to insure i got exactly what i needed for my roto rooter van, at a price that could not be matched. I will be using them for all my tire needs in the future.

Made us wait 40 minutes to show us 10+ year old tires for $65 each , STAY AWAY.

The office/accounting staff are professional yet friendly. Parking and accessibility is great. The pricing is fair and maybe even a little on the low side.
