I left a big named brokerage because I didn't like paying a broker I never saw or felt supported by. Since being with ENR for a year now every day I am reminded of why I'm here, because of my broker, Mery. She is always available, supportive, caring, experienced and knowledgeable. Our office staff is so on top of things nothing gets by them (adding to the confidence in my transactions). This has been my most successful year yet (on top of that keeping 100% of my commission) I'm looking forward to many more transaction's with ENR!

Worked with agent Shawn Huang, unfortunately very bad experience. Initially it seems that Shawn wasn't very enthusiastic in scheduling house visits for us. Then he pressured us passive aggressively to close a deal. Wish I had worked with another agent.

Empire network realty is the listing company for the house i bought from another realty agent. We did a walk through the day before we closed and found 3 lights did not work. They did work the first time we saw the house. Our agent contacted Empire and told them the problem. They said they would fix it. I closed the next day. We move in and the lights are not fixed. Our agent tried to contact Empire but they would not respond. Finally after a few weeks they send a handyman out. He knew nothing about electric. My agent contacted them again and they refuse to fix 3 lights. I would not buy a house from Empire. They will leave you hanging. All over 3 lights. There sign and lock are still here also. Terrible company. They don't care about the houses they list being correct. I would not buy from them.

One of the best moves I made for 2016! Mery is very nice and professional person and does not let you feel like you are alone. Definitely not like the typical "100% brokerage"

EXCELLENT BROKERAGE! Extremely reasonable monthly rates and you just can't beat 100% commission. Mery, the Broker, does a FANTASTIC JOB of making herself available whenever her agents need her. They even make is super easy to get paid at the closing table. I would DEFINITELY recommend this brokerage to any other agent looking to grow their career and maximize their income.

Great staff and a pleasure to work with. Closed a remote closing in their office and had everything we needed to print an updated closing statement and email documents to the lender for funding approval. Very smooth transaction from start to finish.
