Disappointed that our very expensive desk chair mat purchased from EMP moves around constantly. The plastic is good quality, however I chose the mat that's supposed to be for carpet and the spikes are nowhere near long enough. This means it has hardly any grip to stay put. I bought it for my son as the current home schooling situation means our fairly new carpet started showing signs of wear under his desk chair.
So annoying having to pull this mat back into position every single day! My son isn't even heavy (only 54kgs) so I can't understand why this mat moves so much. I've even tried putting part of the mat under the desk to hold in place but even then it still manages to move!

was going to buy but when looking at the reviews, the responses to customers reviews from the owner were unprofessional and aggressive. This doesn't give me confidence as a potential customer.

I ordered the mini stepper machine off the website, it was an amazing deal and I love the product! Sturdy but light enough to move around, I can exercise in front of the telly during lock down. The stepper has a fixed resistance setting, but luckily it is about right. My husband collected the stepper from the warehouse without issue, the staff were friendly and great to deal with. 5 stars from me, thanks guys!

I ordered a new Manduka yoga mat, yoga bloster and yoga starp and they all came today. Very happy with the products. Postage took a few extra days (3) due to covid but that was expected! Yes it's a little annoying that they don't give you a shipping estimate at the time of ordering but you can contact them. I thought prices were pretty reasonable too. Thanks EMP :)

I've purchased numerous yoga supplies/equipment from E.M.P. and the service, packaging and prices are fantastic. Fabulous and hard working team here that have a high sense of urgency and care about your experience with them. Owners of EMP are so nice to their employees and customers, it's quite disappointing to see people like Jarred who haven't dealt with them to judge based on reveiws!

Bought a budget yoga bolster, just arrived and seems good quality - colour great & material feels thick & nice on skin.
That being said, I did try to email to ask about shipping quotes before buying the item & didn't receive a response. Shipping cost was fine in the end, just would have appreciated a timely response.

Thought I'd review this as everyone seems to be giving them a bad rep. Their website is a little old but does the job and you just have to shoot a quick email about postage costs (was responded to within the day). We got our Manduka mats delivered quickly and the price was great.

Ordered online for pickup - yes their website desperately needs updating, and the fact that there is no postage calculator would be annoying, I can understand how people are frustrated. However they have a great range of quality products for a good price, and their staff were fantastic on the communication front. I'm very happy with my products and the price :-) Will be back for more when they open their doors after the covid shutdown.

This store has great quality products at very good prices. I have bought two manduka mats and some other items (over a couple transactions). Shipping has been pretty fast (other than when COVID hit initially), and I received responses to all of my emails and postage requests within a few hours or the next morning if after business hours. For me, shipping for the mats to inner city Melbourne was $18. Yes the website is a bit clunky etc but it's worth it for the cheaper products compared to competitors.
