Bliss is extremely knowledgeable and full of wisdom about jewelry. Our experience was very personal, down to earth and enjoyable. She helped design and create the perfect engagement ring for us. I am beyond happy with our rings, and cannot recommend working with Bliss enough. I thought that I had a good idea of what the rings would look and feel like after we had our meeting with Bliss to choose the rings and the stone, and I was super happy (I couldn't stop smiling after we made our final decision). I worked with Bliss Lau at a trunkshow here locally. Bliss herself was at the show, and showed me different options for my enclosed engagement and wedding ring set. She helped me find the best stone for my skin tone.
