AKA Emerge. Bad for all carriers, The platform of this company, is having carriers bid against each other. Big benefit for shippers. The losers will be the carriers. Bidding only drives down the already low rates. Working with this company is working against yourself. That goes for the 3pl's % as well. May as well just burn your trucks to the ground. The positive reviews are obviously fake!

Here&now: successfully finished load for you; at the end, for lumper fee code, NO ONE ANSWERED the phone /hour of trying/ after one employee that we got hold of said he'll call back right away. Informed that both receiver and us are waiting just for that. There r phone records. We paid so we can move on. Even receiver asked what r we waiting for.

The only reason I gave one star was because I could not give zero stars. My driver was promised detention after waiting a total of 6 hours at a shipper who had overloaded him in Austelle, GA. Our load was supposed to be 46,400, which was fine since we can carry 47,300. Unfortunately after scaling we were almost 200 over gross. So he went back and waited 3 more hours for the shipper to decide they needed to remove one of the conveyors. However, after all that wasted time we barely got he load off the following evening and lost our reload that was paying $3 plus a mile. It was the next day before we could find a reload. Terrible customer service from John and Ranger upon trying to collect the detention. They are super nice and make promises they have no plans of keeping until you try to collect.

Terrible customer serivce on the shipper side. They put in low bids to win the tender, then can't cover the load for the agreed upon price. Very slow to respond to issues. Very poor communication with customers. The TMS platform is a good tool, but they do not know how to service customers.
