I was there for a work event and did not stay over night. We were provided breakfast and lunch which was really good. Lighting and sound was great. My only complaint is the chairs, they could be a little more comfortable. Over good experience.

Open interior embassy design. Decent views from upper floors. Not the easiest to find from the road. Great staff, very nice and accommodating. Manager party was a little light, breakfast was great. Beds were comfy.

Everything! Rooms are greatly sized, bed is comfortable, social events every evening, breakfast complimentary. I love coming out my room overlooking the entire hotel galleria! Parking was a bit of a hassle at night but that's because so many other people love the hotel

Any Embassy Suites you go to will have the same type of experience. There is the atrium in the center of the building, which on the first floor by all of the fountains and plants will be where the cereal/omelet/waffle bar is. Breakfast is always provided and is a must to the experience, as why wouldn't you want 3 bowls of fruit loops and an omelet and a waffle? Plus all the fruit and orange juice...

Needless to say, it is a fantastic family spot. However, check to see what packages are being offered. They may have one that covers some champagne!

We have stayed here a few times now and everytime I am blown away at how kind and helpful the staff are. We always feel welcome and at home. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and is a great location to play in Portland. We will be back many more times. You won't be disappointed!

Very great experience here. Housekeeping was great and all of the front desk staff were excellent in their customer service. Loved the breakfast bar and eggs made to order and the snack time and open bar during the evening were also very nice. The magician on hand during this time was also a really fun experience and nice touch by the hotel to really make your stay a very welcome and enjoyable one.

One of the only downsides to this place is the cost/value proposition. It's outside of downtown Portland but generally charges rates on par with a downtown hotel. Because I had no need to stay downtown, I stayed at this particular location because I do like Embassy Suites. But, again, was not thrilled with the cost/value proposition.

Clean and well supplied. The room we had supplied snacks as well, which was a treat. Unexpected 5 night stay due to wildfire smoke was great. They were incredibly accommodating as we kept extending our stay.

Horrible customer service. We checked in online 2pm for a 5pm arrival. At 10pm our room was still not available...unacceptable. Then we were told we ll give you points.

Congratulations Embassy Suites. You are the United Airlines of hotels. This is why I m a platinum guest at Starwood.

We take a Guatemalan friend (V.A.) very demanding. The 4 days he was staying at the hotel, he enjoyed them. We had breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed an excellent meal. The UNSUPERABLE omeletes and the cheffs that prepare them are very creative.

I have a lot of young memories here. The suites are pretty suite, and it's a great place to relax in Portland. However, the air conditioning broke in our room, so we were required to switch, even after a person came and "fixed" it. There have been multiple reports of faulty air conditioning (luckily the next room's was working). We were offered a fan, which we declined. It would've been a nice gesture if the hotel was out of rooms. We had to.talk our way into getting a new suite. Besides the fiasco of the first night, the stay was great!

Amazing service. Despite my humble lot... I felt like a VIP. From smiling faces, clean rooms, being treated with respect, late check out...to access to the business center for an urgent need... they did it with style... and food was surprisingly good in the bar. I've had far worse service from far more expensive properties. Thank you and I will be back.

Outstanding and friendly staff, a very successful recent renovation, and very quiet, comfortable rooms. This is absolutely one of the nicer business hotels I have stayed in. Good wireless also, even if it does cost an extra five bucks. I recommend this property and it's location without qualification.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are amazing and huge. The beds are super soft memory foam. Bathrooms are well stocked. Evening reception is neat. Huge conference rooms. Nice televisions. Breakfast was A+ with a build-your-own-omelet bar as well as a buffet style breakfast selection. The one caveat I nicked a star for: WiFi. Hilton and Embassy Suites is getting in on the micro transaction game by charging for WiFi unless you are an Honors member beforehand. Even though I was an Honors member, my room was booked by my client for business. Meaning I'd have to pay for throttled wifi use, or pay more for slightly less throttled wifi use. Front desk staff was limited in their ability to help. I did get the conference center wifi code, but the signal didn't reach my room. When hundreds have been paid for the room, nickel and diming your guests is a great way to frustrate them and consider other options when booking. Especially in today's online world.

We came here for a night away and enjoyed it!! It's always nice to have a suite when traveling with kids! The breakfast in the morning was amamzing and had a wide array choices, including an omelet station! The kids enjoyed the pool and it had great "open" hours! The rooms were clean and the hotel in convently located to major freeways and shopping :)

We stayed at the Embassy Suites at Washington Square a few years ago and it was fine, but since then, they have obviously renovated and it is a really great place to stay. The room was clean, quiet & comfortable, with plenty of space for 3 people. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful. We stayed in an upgraded suite that included a Keurig, waters, snacks and "upgraded" WiFi. Not sure what the WiFi was like elsewhere, but in our room it was fast & reliable. The Keurig, etc was nice to have and we felt it was worth the extra we paid. The pool was very nice and easy to get to, as it was in close proximity to the elevators. The breakfast was amazing and featured a wide variety of hot & cold breakfast items, including an omelette bar.

The room was spectacular and the employees were very generous and accommodating especially considering we had a very late check-in. The breakfast buffet was immaculate. I look forward to staying there for many more trips to Portland.

Rooms were nice and updated. We enjoyed staying there but the one thing They need to improve is maid service. Rooms weren't cleaned. Bed were made that that's pretty much it, they didn't bother with vacuuming, providing fresh towels or toiletries.

Had a week stay, staff is great, the location is awesome.... Next to several malls (Target) is right next door with several eateries all of this within walking distance of the hotel, pool and spa are in an excellent location within the facility as well as a public laundromat on site... The amenities are second to none great hot breakfast bar included in the price, and free drinks at happy hour with appetizers, will definitely be back when in the area ... Business center is also a great asset...
