One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are amazing and huge. The beds are super soft memory foam. Bathrooms are well stocked. Evening reception is neat. Huge conference rooms. Nice televisions. Breakfast was A+ with a build-your-own-omelet bar as well as a buffet style breakfast selection. The one caveat I nicked a star for: WiFi. Hilton and Embassy Suites is getting in on the micro transaction game by charging for WiFi unless you are an Honors member beforehand. Even though I was an Honors member, my room was booked by my client for business. Meaning I'd have to pay for throttled wifi use, or pay more for slightly less throttled wifi use. Front desk staff was limited in their ability to help. I did get the conference center wifi code, but the signal didn't reach my room. When hundreds have been paid for the room, nickel and diming your guests is a great way to frustrate them and consider other options when booking. Especially in today's online world.
