Room and service was fine. Shuttle drivers were friendly. Out of 100's of hotels that I have stayed at over the years... this is the first one to slip a bill under the door and charge for internet!! Every hotel I have ever stayed at had free internet, but the Hilton wants another $9.95 added to the $270 room... wont stay here again.

The Hilton Embassy Suites are a gamble, sometimes they are wonderful and modern; but, other times they are run down and still fitted with the same furniture from when they were built.

This one is convenient to the airport and was nothing terrible, but nothing amazing. The room was nice, the window was tiny! You can see in the picture most of the curtain was just covering wall.

They didn't have an executive level, so I was stuck on the second floor with a bunch of children from a school event. It was a little loud and not exactly an optimal experience.

Despite all this I still give the hotel a four star, the staff were friendly, the main area was nicely laid out, the bathroom was very modern, and if I happened to get a different room and it not be a school event on my floor it would have probably been just fine.

Over and beyond would not give it justice. My flight came in late missed all the 1 hour dry cleaners and had a meeting early next day. Marco one of the managers was able to get guest services to press my shirt late at night and was ready before the game ended and I retired for the night. Everyone and everything was beyond what my usually great time in embassy suits. I only wish the embassy in Huntsville were up to these standards. Gail as well as the tender were not only exceptional people but great company as well.

We stayed one night with our three young children ...

We stayed one night with our three young children in a two bed suite (with an additional bed in the sleeper sofa) on the second floor. The rooms were impressive, with granite countertops throughout and soft beds. We ordered a pizza in the evening and it was superb. We greatly enjoyed the morning breakfast, particularly the omelets and the "breakfast potatoes". The coffee was also fantastic, but the orange juice left something to be desired by us Florida natives. The pool was quite nice. Our young kids particularly enjoyed the roomy stairs and the shallow end measuring a depth of only 3 feet (0.9 meters). Towel service is proveded and there is plenty of seating including several lounge chairs shaded by trees and tables with umbrellas. For the "cons" category: the fire alarm in our room made a crackling noise the entire visit which was a serious issue for my wife and I sleeping on the pull out sofa. There also was not an ice machine on our floor, and the ice machine was out of order on the floor above. Tips: If you find yourself near the ice/vending machines, a convenient service elevator can be found down the hallway in the back of the room. However, know that it will take you into awkwardly into the heart of the kitchen if you take it to the first floor! There's a mandatory 22%+$2 gratuity for room service. Save yourself a buck or twelve and instead walk down to the bar and order your food. There are a bunch of "pool noodles" in the large plastic chest in the pool area for the kids to play with.

It took one and a half hours for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We called 6 times and each time we were told the shuttle was close to pick us up. Finally getting to the hotel after 11 pm we were told there was no pack and play left for our infant to sleep in because it s first come first serve even though we called days ahead of time asking to reserve one to avoid this problem. Only one elevator was working and all of the exit stairs led to the outside parking lot not inside so we would have to walk around the building and walk through the front just to get back into the hotel... or we could wait 10 min for a elevator to take us down two floors. Rooms were satisfactory, front desk customer service was kind, but the experience was terrible for the reasons above.

Not the best hotel. It is not terrible. However, the elevator is extremely slow and the television for everyone I talked to barely works. Most channels are highly pixelated or flicker in and out. The "free" drinks at happy hour is "controlled" by employing the slowest bar tenders I have ever seen. The lines were kind of crazy given that no payment transactions were occurring.

This hotel was a disaster. It was understaffed, and the staff present was either untrained or incompetent. Check -in took forever, the shuttle took forever, buying food from the shop took forever, getting breakfast took forever. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Nothing makes up for the horrible customer service.

Excellent service that we always expect from the Embassy Suites. This property did not disappoint. Great location close to the airport with complimentary airport shuttle and complimentary shuttle to numerous restaurants within 3 miles.

My reservation was booked by a rep with my company via Concur. I called Hotel for an early check in, and spoke with a very helpful lady named Sadia. She told me she would do all she can do, and made me feel confident she would, to accommodate, but cannot make a promise.

I arrived at hotel at 11:21am, and began to check in with Alicia Robinson. Alicia informed me that my room rate was confirmed under the Hilton Honor program, and if I did not have a Honors number, that we could not proceed. Ends, she sent me on my way.

I contacted my office for this number, to no avail. I re-approached the front desk to hear a very familiar voice. It was Sadia, the very helpful young lady I spoke to on phone. I asked her for help in finding this elusive Honors number that prevented me from checking in. Sadia, informed me it was not that difficult. This young lady actually opened an Honors acct for me, retrieved my Honors number, and in my room I went!! She let me email my companies CC authorization form after check in also.

My point in taking time to type this is: The VALUE, of great customer service. I am sorry Alicia, but you missed the mark, and should really take direction from Sadia. Sadia, you are a GEM. It is very unfortunate that great customer service is rare now, but individuals like you really stand out. Great job Sadia, and great job Embassy staff overall

Nice hotel with big room. They have separate rooms for bedroom. Happy hours with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with snacks. There is theater nearby, if you are interested in movies . Lots of restaurant nearby within 2 miles.

A modern hotel just minutes from Orlando airport. After waiting in the often lengthy immigration line for hours you'll be glad you booked a hotel nearby.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel itself is modern with a bright, open reception. Staff were welcoming and dealt with our check quickly.
The rooms were large and comfortable.
They offer a buffet breakfast which was reasonable however on this occasion we just purchased items from the coffee shop - the staff were extremely welcoming and have great customer service. Overall I'd stay here again.
We purchased the hotel via Goport. They offer a hotel stay and shuttle service to the cruise port over at Port Canaveral. It was all very easy and seamless the a good price.
I'd definitely use them again and stay at this hotel.

Wonderfully asthetic from the moment you enter. The management and hotel associates, each having to wear 'multiple hats' with there being very limited staff, due to covid19 restrictions, were terrific and always available. They made us feel welcome, meeting us with a friendly smile whenever we passed by. No question or inquirery was too big or too small, any time of night or day. Riding the glass elevator to the 6th floor is a delight. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. My corner double-bed suit was a bit lacking on natural light as the windows were small in comparison to room size; but there was plenty of interior lighting. The main floor 'convenience' store's variety was very good;a bit pricey. Although the covid19 pandemic required adjustments such as no buffet breakfast, a nice assortment of individually wrapped pastries, pre-packaged toaster pastries, bagles, cereal, and fresh fruit were made available. The grounds are beautiful and well kept.

Have been here 4 times in the past year and a half and this hotel is still under construction. And the construction just gets more intense. This visit the whole main floor was nearly blocked off, only one elevator was running until the last day we were there, and pool had been neglected. Had to also go outside and around the hotel to get to pool because of construction. I'm guessing that's why it was neglected.

Only good part of hotel is breakfast and the bartender. Going to double tree next visit

I did love the look of the hotel, it was upscale and very elegant. The late hours for the pool were nice, and the free breakfast was amazing! What I didnt like was that they make you pay for Wi-Fi, they only had one elevator... No stairs. Also, they make you pay for parking. Considering we paid over $200 a night to stay in this hotel, the Wi-Fi and parking shouldn't of cost anything. But the staff were very friendly, and like I said, that breakfast was AMAZING! I would go again, maybe.

We have nothing but great things to say about the staff. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We have stayed her about 4 times this year as we see specialists at Nemours and return here since its so centralized and great price for the quality and amazing service.
Their free breakfast is amazing and they have an omelet bar!
By far the best person who always takes care of us is Candi. She goes above and beyond to make sure our family is comfortable. She is one of my main reasons to return here and my "to-go" girl.

Very kind staff, and very clean and comfortable rooms. My wife and I stayed a night on our honeymoon, and we were pleasantly surprised with chocolate covered strawberrys and champagne at no charge by the staff when they found out we were just married! Very comfortable, nice hotel for the price.

Nice stay! Beautiful atrium! Friendly staff, morning breakfast was great, evening reception was great and premium suite was nice. The suite is a little smaller than others we stayed at. No kitchenette area or vanity. Only true downside was an overwhelming mildew smell in the suite and the extra $16 a night parking.

No indoor pool or private hot tubs so I was a bit disappointed with that but the hotel itself is really amazing. They have a happy hour in the evenings till 7:30 that serves free drinks and you can also have a few finger foods free breakfast every morning, the rooms are nice and comfortably large, they come with a large TV ours had three different sinks a living room area good size bathroom and a nice bedroom with a king size bed you get a small little dining table in the living room space, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee supplies. Room service, and located really close to the airport as well as many food places. It's not right off a direct street so the quite was kind of nice too. Pool closes at 10 which I felt was early considering they didn't have any inside and it's a vacation spot. Elevators were being worked on so that was a pain because the only one they had working was extremely slow and it might take you 25 minutes to get down, we were only on the 4th floor also. Stairs are located outside for some weird reason so they were very hard to locate or use. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Drivers and bartenders for the hotel were amazing also! Very clean and very comfortable place to stay. We were there for a week.

You will be paying for parking. Greetings by front desk seemed sincere and we felt valued. Room was spacious, clean, stocked with their wonderfully large fluffy towels, well maintained pool area, refreshing managers happy hour, and it was quiet and peaceful in our suite. We've stayed here ten times before and love to end our hectic trips in the relaxing environment. One elevator working but the last place we stayed had all of them out of service. Delicious made to order breakfast. Just wish they would take that regulator off the a/c system to cool the room below 70 degrees!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We were only in town for the night, but the service was well beyond what you would typically see when booking a hotel in the price range we paid. I would have paid double what I did for the service I received. Chrissy, the bartender was the best part! I felt at home during this stay! 5 starts across the board. Great experience

The only reason I gave this hotel a 2 star is because at least it was very nice and clean. But unfortunately the attitude of management (in particular James) is not as appealing as the physical presentation of the hotel. My advice to anyone planning to book a room here would be to make sure to check your bank account periodically to make sure you re not receiving fraudulent charges. After you give them a card to hold on file for accidentals be aware that you may just receive some accidental charges. I was charged for several transactions that I did not make. Even after admitting it was an error on the hotel s behalf James continues to be very rude and unapologetic!( very poor customer service skills!) It has been a nightmare trying to get my own money that was taken from me back. I m still waiting!!
