This hotel was one of the worst Hilton Brand hotels that I have stayed in in a long time. This is an older hotel. The circular floors (8 of them) where everyone can see everyone else as soon as you walk out of your door. It looks like a housing project with folks just hanging out on their balcony looking down (on everyone or up) just people watching. I'm not sure what was going on this weekend, but their were tons of kids at the hotel this weekend. My bed looked like someone else had already had a good night sleep on the sheets. There was a dirty looking green blanket in the closet, which I would never touch. The bathrooms are old. The bathtub was so slippery because it felt very rounded on the bottom and not a flat surface to stand on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was nice. Will checked us in but other than that, I don't ever want to stay at this BWI AIRPORT location again.

The room was overall good. What made me disappointed upon checking into room was the slow service received at front desk. I was the only one in line and it took so long to get checked in. The people behind me complained.

Also, in the room, the fridge stunk as someone had tuna and black stuff came out. I reported it to front desk to clean. Think the staff needs to be more attentive to things like cleaning fridges.

The hotel is just minutes from BWI and offers a shuttle service to the airport if you don't happen to have a car with you. This is an all suite open atrium hotel and conference center design with the rooms opening overlooking the hotel bar and resturant. My stay was pleasant but as an earlier reviewer had stated it is an older hotel. However the establishment appears to be in the midst of a make over with a few guest rooms being demolished and refreshed as well as the conference rooms on the ground floor. The hotel is doing an excellent job of staging these renovations and aside from the sign in the lobby and the few odd tool noises during the afternoon you would have to be looking for the construction to find it.

As with all atrium style hotels I recommend high floors as noise will tend to carry more at lower levels, especially if the hotel is near or at capacity. Most hotels recognize how sound travels and usually put the bed as far away from the door as possible and the Embassy suites is no exception. As you walk through the door to the suite I entered into the fore room which had a couch that can fold out to a queen size bed, a chair, work table and TV. A small hallway runs to the bedroom from the fore room and the refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and a small kitchenette sink are efficiently packed in this area. A closet with the standard fare of iron, ironing board, and room safe are also in the hallway. Lastly, the entrance to the bathroom is on the opposite wall of the hallway across from the kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and pretty standard fare though dated.

This particular suite was a king bed and it was very comfortable. The bedroom itself had a door that could close the room off from the rest of the suite. This works well for noise isolation and affords you a bit of privacy if you happen to be a family traveling with kids or teens that are using the suites fold out bed tucked in the couch.

The amenities offered at the hotel include a pool, jacuzzi, a nice workout area, conference rooms, bussiness center, hotel resturant, bar, and a hotel shop for snacks etc. Breakfast at the hotel is commentary including made to order omelets and they have an open happy hour from 5:30PM to 7:30PM daily.

I would recommend this hotel if you happen to be looking for something close to the airport. The rooms are a bit dated but they are working on a refresh so it will likely only get better. My compliments to the friendly professional staff at the hotel as they do their best to make your stay a pleasant one.

Awesome breakfast, staff was exceedingly friendly, helpful and attentive. Rooms could use a little work, wooden cabinets were falling apart in some areas. Comfy beds and room was very clean. Would definitely go back.

I was here with a group. Four of us complained that the air conditioners in our rooms were not working right. My room was not "hot", but it definitely was not cooling either. It got warmer each day I was there. The atrium was always warm and muggy. You can't beat the happy hour, which is the main reason this rating isn't lower. It's about the details. The comforter on my bed was shredded on the bottom, meaning it was way past time to be replaced. That sort of summed up what I felt the hotel's attention to the rooms. Breakfast was good, but I can't say this hotel would be high on my list to stay at again with other better options in the area.

Outdated and service was slow housekeeping wasn't available after maybe 11 p.m. and if you needed anything you had to go down to the front desk yourself which was a small inconvenience. There was a security officer at the front of the hotel in the lobby when you walked in which while it may be necessary to have security it is a very welcoming to have him stationed as the first face to greet you when you walk in a hotel.

Stayed two nights for a work trip. The entire building is recently renovated and looks great! The building is cool with a giant atrium on the interior, this allows all the rooms to have windows into the interior as well as looking outside the building, cool! The breakfast was fantastic with a made to order chef, and the evening happy hour was a lot of fun.

I used to stay at this hotel at least twice a month and over 60 nights a year but never again. As a Diamond member who spends over 120 nights a year on the road you expect a little considerstion. The staff has always been excellent. This hotel was bought and taken over by new management and since then they started making their non Gold or Diamong guests pay for parking. A couple of weeks ago I got charged for parking. When I called the hotel I was told they have been charging everyone per the policy since the take over. Thats not true. They now charge everyone for parking which was not the case based on my stay last month and for the past year or so. Big problem is they are squeezing every dollar out by allowing non guests to park in their lot and leave their vehicles there while they go to the airport. Most of the time you have to park quite a ways away when you get off work becuase all the closer spots are taken by the non guests. There is no Diamond parking either. So remedy stay at another Hilton property in the area. No other hotel, no matter the chain charges for parking except this one. Good alternative is the Hilton. Great rooms, free drinks from 5-8pm and good food.

Had a few issues with the room; all were addressed by staff. Manager's reception was ok; munchie's were sparse, bartender was surly. Tried new phone key; worked at night, auto-cancelled at breakfast. All-in-all, positive experience; we will be back.

There were check in debacles ranging from the the key not working to them sending us to a room that wasn't cleaned yet in the beginning causing me to need to go to the front desk three times but by the end the issues were resolved. We have a room on the 7th floor giving us a beautiful view of the lobby over the walk way. The hotel is really quiet and is really easy to find. The breakfast is awesome but ends really early. They also have a reception with happy hour at the main bar. In order to go to the pool you must reserve a time because no more than 10 people at a time can go to the pool.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past ~2 years for quick trips. Always had great experiences so when I needed a place to sgH for an extended period I decided to stay here. First and foremost I want to say that the staff is great. That was the part of the trip that I did like. Nice and friendly and always helpful. Now here is why this is a two star review. From what I was told they had new management take over the hotel in the last couple of months. They have managed to destroy what I thought was the best value and best place to stay near the airport in Baltimore. First they have started to lower the costs on the weekend. While this seems nice this is HORRIBLE! When you lower the prices a different type of crowd starts to come to the hotel. Great in the managements mind- more rooms sold on the weekend when business travel is not as prevalent; however this absolutely killed the hotel. I ll just start naming off the problems. On the weekend good luck trying to get any sleep until after midnight. People are partying downstairs at the bar all night long and from the eighth floor in bedroom you can here them screaming all night long, and not just them their kids too as they run around the hallways screaming too. Playing games everyone loves like ding dong ditch. I would leave and drive three hours to Virginia to stay with friends on a lot of the weekends just to get some good sleep. On the week days other hotel guests are nice and friendly, polite, etc. Not on the weekend. I would avoid going to breakfast because of how entitled the weekend crowd was. Many of times they would close the pool down and have to clean it because of how bad the weekend crowd trashed it, this is not normal cleaning, what they told me was they had to get everyone out of the pool, shut it down, and have someone come clean it. People on the weekends would often be from the local area so they would get a room and bring the entire neighborhood and party in one room screaming and yelling the entire night play in the pool, and so on. The hotel was trashed after every weekend. That s enough about the weekend guests I think you get the point. On another downfall of the hotel they started allowing people to park there in the parking lot and take the free shuttle to the airport. For the hotel make more money by charging for parking. Well that includes guests at the hotel too now. You now have to pay for parking. On top of that the people flying come and park during the day so they fill up the parking lot and you end up having to search for a spot every day to find a place to park because it s filled with cars that are parked there for a week or so. This is not the review that I wanted to write because this hotel used to be great but it has gone down hill bad. I would not recommend people that are traveling on business to stay at this hotel.

It has been 2 years since my last stay at this hotel. Two years ago this property needed some work and it has only gotten worse. The sheer curtain in the living room was torn, the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchenette area are beat to hell and missing pieces, there was something broke off in the shower which constantly dripped, the ice machine on our floor was broken, there were 2 outside path lights that were burnt out making it dark and dangerous and to top it all off there were long, dark, thick black hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the towels.....GROSS.

Rating is for airport parking and it is the worst place to park your car. Customer Service is the worst and they don t have any idea when is the next shuttle time for airport. Shuttle doesn t maintain its timings at all. I choose this place for parking as price was reasonable but I ended up taking Uber up and down to airport rather than taking shuttle with extra charges. I would never ever park my car here next time.

Love embassy suites, best hotel to stay at. There breakfast is to die for (omelettes, waffles, pancakes, etc) and everything is made to perfection. There lobby is amazing and feels like a 5 star fancy restaurant with a bar and place to sit down and order food. Hotel has a decent gym, great pool and Jacuzzi, beds are more than comfortable to sleep on, and tv is a flat screen that has access to the ports in the back to hook up your hdmi or other wires

Amazing hotel!!! From the drive to the parking lot, entrance into the lobby and browse through the facility, you will find a common thread of cleanliness, comfort and hospitality at its finest! The suites are spacious with a refrigerator and microwave, separate sleeping and sitting areas. The Bistro is open and boast a very accommodating menu and drink selections. Management and staff are very professional, courteous and attentive. When your next trip has you coming through BWI Airport or you just need a secluded get away...give them a try....you will not be disappointed!

This location is really close to BWI airport. The rooms are 2 room suites with a pull out sofa bed. There is a sink (in addition to the bathroom sink), microwave, mini fridge, work desk and 2 TVs. This particular room only had a shower, but I've stayed here previously where it had a tub/shower combo. There is breakfast and evening reception included with stay. There is also plenty of parking. There are many restuarants nearby including Potbelly, DD, Cracker Barrel, and Chic-fil-a. Theres also a free shuttle to the airport.

I called at 8:53pm for shuttle service. I was told that the shuttle would leave at 9pm and arrive by 9:15pm. I was asked to stand outside. At 9:16pm I called back because every other shuttle rode but except Embassy. A gentleman told me that the driver "got caught up" At 9:30pm she pulls up, no apology at all. I have a 2 hour ride home and the last.thing I needed was an unprofessional shuttle service and driver. NEVER AGAIN ** SWEETRIDE AND FAST PARK ARE THE WAY TO GO!!!!
