Everything was good. The place was clean and large. Price was good for what you get. Only problem is that the AC kept running in the living room when I clearly set it to be higher. The blankets were warm enough but it was just weird.
Food Options
Front desk and restaurant staff need to learn the difference between vegetarians and vegans. If you are going to have food options then you should be able to correctly tell someone with a diet restriction what your hotel offers when asked. Not knowing or listening is inexcusable.
The check in staff was completely unprofessional. No names visible and was totally dismissed by the black girl who would not check me in. Told me that I 'came on too strong' because I said I was tired. (It was 9:30 at night) She jumped on her cell phone to call her manager while telling me that he would 'be in soon. I would just have to wait. When I asked her how long she hesitated, said 'soon' again and finally, after I asked twice more said ''maybe by 11:00' Even a call by me to Hilton Honors Customer Service yielded no help and no assurance that the quality of service would be addressed. No manager ever arrived to ask about my concerns.
Pretty standard for a Hilton Embassy. Front desk and housekeeping employees were always smiling and happy to help. Our room smelled a little funny and the breakfast was passable at best but we would stay here again if in the area. The interior of the building is inviting and the architecture really pleasing to look at.
The rooms are very spacious and it has a feel of a resort and not a hotel. Very relaxing after a long day's work.
Location is par. Rooms are old and desperately need updated. Gym and other areas are modern.
Nice place but there was gum on the bed and food in between the baseboard and when the house keeping showed up she said she wouldn't do it because she had to bend down witch sucks because this is such a nice place
Rooms are spacious with free breakfast and happy hour but housekeeping room for improvement with restocking used items. Overall still a decent stay.
Great place to stay. Great staff. Can't beat daily breakfast and free cocktails in the afternoon. Will definitely stay here again when in town.
The rooms did not live up to the stylish decor of the lobby. I was disappointed by the dated fashion of the rooms. Not worth what I paid for.
The hotel and amenities were very nice, but they messed up the bills for myself and my 3 co- workers. We are still trying to get the bills fixed.
Check in customer service was not welcoming feeling. Older lady never smiled or welcome me. Very short with me while I was checking in. Restaurant was awesome. Great customer service. Rooms were very clean. Slept Good!
one of the best hotels that you can stay at for the value of what you get a great breakfast in the morning and always very helpful staff
Front desk agent Lottye Covington was very professional and accommodating. She was a five star representative of Hilton.
No pool, unbelievable, but everything else was good
Ice machine is broken on the 3rd floor! I was here for a baseball tournament, which made filling the cooler inconvenient. Love the happy hour and breakfast options!
Be aware that unlike any other hotel where I have stayed, there is a 24 (!!) hour cancellation policy. Otherwise they will charge you. To avoid the risk, after this I'll make sure I stay anywhere else.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, and the breakfast is exceptional. Ask to stay on the highest floor at check-in. If available they'll upgrade you to a premium suite.
Great atmosphere, friendly service. Thank you for a nice stay..
Amazing rooms, helpful friendly staff, and the food in the restuarant is absolutely fabulous.
Very nice hotel, Room was clean, lots of features and perks, super close to the airport
Enjoyed our stay at embassy suites. The experience was great from check in, to cooked to order omelets the next morning from Chef Jeff. Will be back.
I have never had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites Hotel and this one definitely lives up to expectations.
Love staying here. I have stayed here three times and every time is awesome. The free complementary breakfast is delicious and the nice happy hour in the evening is a great way to keep people coming back to embassy's. I was highly recommend this hotel for anyone that is staying in Nashville.
It was a solid hotel. The location is not great. The AC freezes the front room while the back room is stuffy and still. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
Nice hotel. Didn't stay so can't give information about that.
The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable
It is close to downtown Nashville. The staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions. The rooms are nice and very clean. The pool is nice and not to cold. The front desk has menus of local places that deliver to the hotel.
Decent sized rooms, nicely furnished, great housekeeping, nice place to sleep. That's about it.
Our room was very clean and service was great. I wasn t there in time to get the evening reception, but the breakfast was good.
Very good service and a great breakfast. The room was showing its age a bit, with the sink and shower fixtures a bit worn out. Otherwise, it was a perfectly good experience consistent with the Embassy Suites brand.
Rooms are old, beds are not queen, so small for two people, not much option for vegetarian
Spectacular experience!! The happy hour reception was a super bonus! Stopped at the bar and grill beforehand to have a couple LITs. Hit the reception waiting for dinnertime and enjoyed the best Bloody Mary's I've ever had. Went back to the bar and grill and we ordered the Jambalaya and Meatloaf -super super delicious food!!!! So satisfied, we slept right through the breakfast. Thank you for a relaxing evening and morning. ***Just don't forget to hang your do not disturb sign if you want to sleep in until checkout time and be aware the water temperature in the pool is very very cold.
Older site, restaurant had horrible customer service. Location is going through renovation. Can't wait to see the finished product. Breakfast was great, awesome and friendly staff.
Room was clean and spacious, free parking, bed was comfortable and free breakfast. Basically it was a perfect hotel at a reasonable price in Nashville.
The breakfast was well prepared by the cook. We have make to order omelet and biscuit, sausages, bacon and other cold items. The breakfast is still in almost full swing in the midst of the pandemic. Evening reception has been reduced to only essential snacks with beer and wine. The lobby and dining area is spacious and welcoming. Check in was easy and speedy.
We stayed in room 216 last night at the Embassy Nashville Airport. My aunt woke up in the middle of the night because she felt a bite. She went to the bathroom and it was a bed bug. We searched the room and there were bed bugs in each bed hidden in the dust ruffle. We moved the head board and there were bed bugs behind it. We spoke to management and they comped the room, but this was a terrible experience. Will not be back!
This hotel was very nice inside. We had 5 people in our room and there was more than enough space. The beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was not bad.
This location is undergoing renovation, so it was very inexpensive. But there was constant construction noise above us. Good location, so it should be much better once the renovation is done.
TRIPLE check that you don't leave anything behind. This locations keeps your stuff and reports that it was never found. Not to mention their system for lost and found is ridiculous. Very disappointed.
Very nice place to stay. Had complementary breakfast which was really convenient. Double queen room also had a pull out couch so my friends and I all had our own bed. Had a mini fridge and front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to friends and family wanting to stay in Nashville.
Great value for price. Great breakfast. Customer service 8 out of 10
OLD ROOM, smell wet, furniture needs to be upgraded ASAP!
OVERPRICED & OVERATED.....
We were upgraded to a Governor Suite, which is a insult!!!!
PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE!
I do not recommend this place our car broke the glass. You can't here! The hotel is not responsible for any damage. They are justified by the fact that there are signs to read with these details. A person who works at the hotel told us that I am happening for a few months this day were many vehicles affected.
Located near McGavock Pike, sort of tucked away. Lovely 2 bed room (queens) and a separate living room/chill area with a comfy couch and fridge. Chef Jeff makes bomb omelettes in the lobby for the complimentary breakfast buffet the hotel offers. The Ten is a restaurant and bar also located near the hotel lobby area. The food was delicious, friendly staff; an overall really great experience. -Reason for visit: PBR Finals, Music City Knockout 2018
Be careful you must pay to park. But beautiful hotel.
I hated this hotel. It was an AWFUL experience. Our first room had a mattress covered in urine stains. We then tried 4 more rooms, each of which had stained mattresses with the last one having a deep brown, grainy stain, which was obviously dried blood. When we finally found a room that didn't look like a crime scene occurred on the mattress, we realized our room was FREEZING. We turned on the heat and the system blew out cold air, which was VERY uncomfortable because it was 27 degrees ourside! We called the front desk and of course the heating system was broken and no one had any clue when it would be fixed. It was just awful. We were supposed to stay 2 days but we bailed after day one, and we would've left sooner if we all weren't so exhausted. Embassy suites has reduced the quality of their hotels to something like a Motel 6. Always check the mattress you are sleeping on and don't stay here.
The hotel was ok. My room had trash in it when I 1st walked in. To cold and not heat.
I have been to a few Embassy Suites over the years. They have all been great but this visit to this particular one has a lot of rennovation going on, and they did not let us know before we checked in. The bathrooms are very small. Breakfast bar is great, and amenities are wonderful. Location is lacking, cause it is too far away from City center. They do have a bus to transport you to the downtown area for $10 per person.
Great place to stay the night. Clean, looks great. Complementary breakfast from 0630 to 0930.
This hotel is located quite a few miles away from downtown. People are nice and kind. Definitely, it is a good place to stay, but it would be better if you have a car.
First off calling for a reservation shouldn't turn into a sales pitch about coupons or a hilton card. People at the front desk were nice, one of the two doors I to the front was broke or locked. Got to our room it smelled so bad like cat piss called the front went down there again and got room keys for a different room that smelled better. Got to this room not to bad. Bathroom is a little small the beds could use some updating I really liked the front sitting area.
Free drinks. Free breakfast. Nice place. Decent beds. Love it when I'm sent here for business trips compared to some other options.
It was great to because the staff made me feel at home and my every need was met!!! I've been here several times for business
This was a nice place to stay, exceeded my expectations. We were upgraded to the premium suite which includes complementary snacks and drinks. I stayed here with my fam for Christmas and I will definitely stay at Embassy suites in the future. Only criticism I have is the squeaky noise that came from the ac vent but I just ignored it lol
Helpful staff, luxurious accommodations, phenomenal breakfast!
As a long time Hilton hotel client, Embassy Suites hotels is by far my favorite place to visit and camp out. I thoroughly enjoy the ammenities Embassy offers especially a large suite room, an nice happy hour an awesome custom ordered breakfast. I'll keep coming back to Embassy Suites again and again and again until they are all gone.
Why do they have so many power outages at this location? Two different visits, both with power outages resulting in hot room and inability to use CPAP equipment! Invest in a generator...never again!
I love the style and design of this hotel. The staff is nice. I booked through a third party and got a great discount, however during our 4 day stay we discovered 2 lady bugs living in the room with us.
The server at the restaurant was a jewel (I didn't even get his name) but he had worked all of Christmas day so when I forgot jambalaya on my order I didn't get upset and he made it right....even though the kitchen was closed
The room was nice. The staff was great. The complimentary snacks and drinks (adult beverages included) was a nice treat. The complimentary breakfast was ok - a wide variety of choices, but some items were cold when they should have been warm.
Very comfortable, decent restaurant. Spacious. Would highly recommend
Location is in a major construction part and they are blowing up, literally, areas around so its loud. Otherwise close to major highway to access popular hangout spots. Rooms are very good. Little living room with decent bedroom. Breakfast served is pretty good and they also have a bar and restaurant. Not hard to find the hotel.
Room was hot and most of the parking was behind the building will no back entrance.
Absolutly horrible restuarant experiance. All day traveling and just wanted a beer and quick dinner. Two ppl on shift with moderate crowd....got a beer and waited over 20 min to try and order...went to bar and was told to go back to my table and the server would get to me?? Approached the MOD and he just staired at me....completely rediculas when charging rates in the mid $200 s....to add insult had to argue to simply pay for my beer.
Not bad. Redoing the lobby. Was no hot water this morning. Not sure if it was because the weather was in the teens but still should have hot water.
Absolutely Fantastic!!! My wife and I had a great stay this weekend! Very clean up to date Hotel with great amenities, friendly staff, great parking. Perfect stay! Thanks Everyone, job well done!!!
Its been such a pleasant stay here. All of the employees have been very nice, we had to ask for a late check out, just didn't want to leave. The Ten bar and grille inside the hotel is delicious and the staff puts on a free snack and drink reception every night and a free breakfast in the morning. Overall a great place for a good price
Really good but the toilet wasn't flushing properly
