Top notch store with an excellent staff. Whether you go there to buy something small or large, Erik and crew bend over backwards to ensure they treat every customer like they are their biggest and best client. Best bike shop I have ever been to by far -- and don't forget to visit Cadence, the shop bunny!

Excellent, prompt, and knowledgeable service. I recently made several upgrades to my Fuji Touring bike (including clipless pedals after a long holdout!). Daniel, a SouthPaw employee, was unfailingly patient and helpful. Competitive prices, locally. Great shop!

Excellent customer service. I needed a part before a race, and I didn't have time to go by the shop to pick it up. Because of the situation, Eric was able to get them shipped out to me on the same day. I don't think you can really ask for more than that.

Erick and the guys at south paw are top notch. They take the time to find out what you really need in a bike and help you make a great choice. There is no pressure to buy and they never rush you into a purchase. Just bought my 4th bike from them and feel fortunate to have them in Clemson.

Exceptional first time experience. Erik is first class and so is the business. I witnessed several customer transactions while in the shop and was filled with confidence this was going to be a good day. Some customers were clearly regulars (first name basis greetings), others were first timers (like me), but the sincerity of every hello and goodbye was evident. Repair work on my bike was above and beyond the call of duty, and came with an explanation of the work completed. Erik takes time to educate the customer about their subject of interest and encourages dialogue. We are fortunate Erik and Jen are here supporting the cycling community. New bike sales, repairs, maintenance and proper accessories are all in stock. Additionally, local ride information and bike groups are shared if customers have interest. Thank you Erik, Jen, Daniel, Jason and Cadence for getting me back in the saddle!

These guys are great (apologies if there are female employees too - I only saw guys during my visits). They gave me lots of great information and tips about techniques and supplies to use for setting my wheels up to go tubeless. Also very knowledgable about trails in the area and they spent a lot of time showing me different websites to visit to get more information. They are also great about always acknowledging you even if they are busy helping other customers or asking if you need help when you're wandering around the store. Definitely intimidation-free and they even remember you when you come back the next time!

Always friendly, professional, knowledgable, and patient! I love coming here and make a point of checking in weekly to put air in my tires and say hello. They are honest, straightforward, and great to work with. I highly recommend!

Thank you SouthPaw Cycles!!! We love our new hybrid Giant (Liv) bikes. Everyone at SouthPaw Cycles was so helpful to us. They took time to answer all our questions and explain how and when to use the front and back gears. We are 66+ and needed a road/trail/mountain bike for our camping trips. Picked them up today and took them for a 5K. Took some getting use to the gears and disk brakes, but love the ride. Looking forward to our next camping trip to really break them in.

Great place to get your bike fixed. The people there were very nice, the store was very clean, and they were playing music I liked. I came in with a broken crank arm and they were quickly able to replace it for a good price. I made the mistake of leaving the front wheel behind from packing my bike into my car and they called me to let me know someone found it. Thank you so much for helping me out and really making it a great experience for me.

Great place with a friendly staff! Daniel worked with me and helped me find a bike that I enjoyed riding even trimming the handle bars and tuning the brakes. I will recommend this shop to friends.

The shop is clean and organized. The bike mechanics are knowledgeable. I developed a mechanical problem shortly before Ironman Florida, but these guys got it fixed ASAP and it worked flawlessly. Can't say enough positive things about them. I drive past 2 other bicycle shops to get to them!

Daniel was awesome! He wasn't able to pickup the phone the first time I called, but called me back using caller ID. The shop had the flat pedal shoes I wanted in stock. No one in Greenville had any selection, if they had flat pedal shoes at all. This is a rider's shop. They have the right product in stock and really know what they're talking about. The store has been recently updated and looks like it belongs in a retail magazine. Great experience, great selection, great shop. Will be back!

Every one in the shop is terrific. Patient, knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to answer all my questions and solve the problem. I am a Guardian ad Litem. I have a 12 yr old that lives in the country that now has wheels. Safe wheels. Thank you.

SouthPaw Cycles is the best. The entire staff is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the sport of cycling. Great equipment, apparel, advice and service. The service department is top notch, quickly repairing problems in a highly professional manner. Service will often times make you aware of pending problems without the high pressure that you feel you are being "sold". SouthPaw knows the biking community in Clemson, and plays an active part. Their pricing is fair and competitive. Erik runs a great shop and his staff is first rate.

I've been going to Southpaw since they opened, and they've been fantastic. They know their stuff forwards, backwards, and sideways, and have always known how to get my bikes taken care of and how to figure out my needs. This shop is set apart from all the rest in many ways.

Been looking for a bike online for 3 weeks and all the time something was not right for me. I'm 6'3" and 250 lbs so finding a decent entry level mountain bike that won't break the first trip proved to be a challenge. It took 1 minute for the staff to find a perfect match for me and the price was same as online, except it is even better since you have a chance to see the bike, try it and they will assemble and tune it according to your needs, and if this is not enough for you they will do your first tuneup for free after you ride your new bike for few weeks. So far all that I was promised is exactly as is and bike is performing better than I hoped. Thank you for a great experience in the store and now on the trails.

I'm in a wheelchair on vacation and my tire goes flat!!! I called these guys and they were able to take care of the wheelchair wheel flat and get me back on my "feet" in no time! Very nice staff! Thank you!

Everything a bike shop should be! I walked into SouthPaw Cycles having never been there before and every employee made sure to welcome me and make me feel comfortable being a customer. I have run bicycle shops for years and these guys truly know what they are doing!
Inventory is excellent covering all spectrums of cycling disciplines. Accessories are plentiful including tools and parts.
Staff is knowledgable and friendly. Test rode a new Cannondale and the build/tune on the ride was perfect.
I appreciate good shop guys and I will continue to utilize SouthPaw for my future cycling needs in and around the Clemson area.

These guys are great. Went there today for the first time after a family recommendation. Highly pass the recommendation for anyone needing an honest tune-up and fair prices. Thanks Warren!

Great place, knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere. Erik was able to help me find a bike in my price range that does everything I need, and even stayed late to walk me through how everything worked. Could not recommend more: 5/5.
